Public Area -Meant for end users -Contains limited information i.e. performance specs for a system without listing the exact components. -Information is also useful for channel members to keep up to date. Similar information is distributed monthly in the Compucon channel and end user newsletters, peers can be included in the mailing list on request. Public Knowledge Base -Limited information when compared to the channel KB -Notable sections include Graphics Cards and Product Info sections. -Still largely under construction but is continually being updated.

Channel Pricing Broken up into 4 groups: Single Processors Group Multi Processor Group Solution System Group - Compucon built NAS, BCA and DesignStations Other Group - UPS, networking gear, external storage, etc. Each system page contains an up to date price; a list of all components included in the system and a basic list of upgrade options. A separate upgrade list is also included for the SPG and MPG that has more options for things such as graphics card, HDDs, etc. Most components have their own informational page and more are being added each week.

BIOS Configuration and Downloads -Individual page for each motherboard model currently used in Compucon systems -Each page contains a driver download and a step-by-step guide for updating the motherboard BIOS -A diagram is included at the bottom of each (recent) page that shows what settings we configure on production Compucon systems (older motherboards have a test configuration guide for BIOS).
