OCP&E® Brand Peroxibase II
Peroxibase II is the second generation ultimate oxidizer
and replacement chemical of choice for clients opting
for a chlorine-free approach. Eliminating chlorinated
scrubbants is desirable for several reasons: No
chlorinated by-products are formed; acid washing
packing media becomes obsolete; hydrogen peroxide
is a more efficient oxidizer requiring less water
consumption and removal rates at lower ORPs (often in
the 200-400 μV range). Peroxibase II is ideal for
rendering facilities, wineries, breweries, WWTPs, etc.
Peroxibase II contains 12% hydrogen peroxide,

Complex™ (OMC), is designed for applications requiring
a full strength chemical for tough odor problems. For the
contact phase, Ordenone®, an inclusion clathrate
compound, is added to create a chemical lattice to
entrap sulfides, amines, mercaptans, ammonia, indole
and skatole compounds, etc. Ordenone® is an odorless
chemical. For the combined contact and vapor phase,
the Odor Modifier Complex chemistry is employed. This
odor neutralizer works on the following principles: OMC
contains carefully selected and constructed chemical
compositions and compounds. The large molecules of
the OMC contain polar groups as well. Any exchange or
donation of protons between OMC and malodor
molecules, when interaction occurs, can result in an
exchange of charges. This in turn can cause the odor
causing polar bonds to be disrupted, which results in
effective neutralization of the malodors. This formula
imparts a neutral, pleasant scent while eliminating

The Fogmaster® Sentinel™ 5855 (and 5856) systems employs one
or more Sentinel™ nozzles attached to a low pressure air
manifold to atomize a liquid into small droplets. Nozzles can be
pipe-mounted or hose-mounted. The controller, with several
control options, regulates fogging activity. These include a one-shot
countdown timer, programmable 7-day timer and repeating
cycle timer; humidity sensor/controller; or customer-supplied
external device - anything that can close a switch (manual,
contact, PLC, process controller, etc.).
The Sentinel™ nozzle creates a highly turbulent zone, dices liquid
into droplets, and ejects them as a fast moving fog plume. Droplet
size is adjustable, from less than 5 microns VMD to more than 40
microns. This method ["cold fogging"] does not require high
pressures, small orifices or hot surfaces for atomizing liquid. It
works with both water- and oil-based liquids, and can fog
suspended solids in a liquid carrier. Since it has no small
orifices, the nozzle is not susceptible to plugging. Nozzles are
available in several materials. The standard nozzle contains
Celcon® acetyl copolymer elements; for strong oxidizers, such as
hydrogen peroxide and glutaraldehyde, the HPDE nozzle is
preferred; and for high temperature applications or erosive
materials, 316 stainless steel is the material of choice.

Turbo XE-2000
Industrial hanging fine-mist humidifier / cooler /
fogger/ odor control
The largest and most popular of the Turbo XE fogging fans,
the XE-2000 (1 hp, 60Hz) provides the best quality of fog
and can propel its fog up to 35 feet. It has a maximum dry
fog output of 30 GPH, but is fully adjustable even down to

Unlike other fog systems, Turbo-XE Foggers can accept

The patented Microtec® nozzle produces 90% of the droplets

The Typhoon 1™... Known for its appeal of simplicity and
functionality now has even more great features. Considered
the industry standard for medium-sized, vehicle mounted ULV
cold foggers, the Typhoon 1 has the power and features of
much more expensive machines.
Powered by a rugged Overhead Valve engine mounted onto a
powder coated, welded steel frame, the Typhoon 1 is available
with a choice of three different pumping systems (Diaphragm,
Digital Gear or FMI Piston). The highly efficient “Multi-Mist”
nozzle has years of proven experience in producing uniform
droplet spectrums with more than 90% of droplets below 20

The baby of the Fogmaster® family, the Jr. 5330 is constructed of
corrosion resistant materials and offered in 120 and 240VAC models.
The standard unit is equipped with a 1-quart tank, which makes it
light and maneuverable. If you need more liquid capacity, opt for the
2-quart tank. When a smaller or less expensive fogger is needed,
consider the Jr. Among its many uses are:

Fogging at an Affordable Price: The Fogmaster® Pow-R-Jet®
Plus Drum Mount (DM) 6428 is mechanically identical to the
durable 6329 DM model, but includes a one-turn control valve
so you can vary liquid output (0-9 oz/min) and droplet size
from an intermediate fog to a heavy wet mist. Higher flows
produce larger droplets. The dispensing rate can be
calibrated in the field so you can adjust the output for various
fogging liquids, viscosities, and densities.
As a "cold" fogger, using turbulence to shear liquid into small
droplets, the Pow-R-Jet® Plus DM handles both water- and oil-based
liquids without the use of high pressure or heat. It can
even atomize a light slurry of suspended solids. However, the
user must ensure that the liquid reservoir gets enough mixing
to prevent stratification or settling (DM foggers by themselves
do not supply any agitation). Applications: Landfills, waste
transfer stations, W.W.T.P.s, greenhouses, rendering facilities,
dairies, etc. are but a few examples of large application job
sites in need of large volumes of continuous duty fog.

The remote discharge of the Sewer-Jet™ Drum Mount
4180 makes it ideal for odor control in hard-to-reach
locations. Its tiny fog particles, with their vast surface
area for efficient gas contact, provide high removal rates
at low chemical cost. The anti-siphon design and
corrosion resistant nozzle of the 4180 are particularly well
suited for below-grade applications such as sewer lift
stations, manholes, and holding tanks. The nozzle may be
suspended from above, attached to a pit cover, or
mounted through a side wall, or vent exhaust. Available in
three hose lengths, the 4180 can be controlled manually,
or automatically with a repeat cycle timer (see
accessories) or a gas detector/monitor.
To set-up, simply screw the power head into the standard
bung openings on a 30 or 55 gallon drum, adjust valve for
desired particle size from a dry fog to a wet mist, and aim
the nozzle into treatment zone—ideal for confined space
fogging. This portable unit is ideal for continuous duty or
intermittent jobs such as repairs, construction, or
