  1. I will never forget the time when I was a CSM. I was at Eloqua and I was called into my VP’s office. I don’t remember if I got a promotion but I was asked to take on some of our largest accounts – Dow Jones, Aon and Cognos (which is now part of IBM). It was a massive thrill and I was moving so fast at the time that I didn’t reflect on what it took to move up in my career. That is what we’re going to cover today.
  2. Updater is a technology company that builds powerful tools to help people move. There are about 17 million people that move each year in the US and we’ve realized that we can make this a much smoother processes. We partner with real estate brokerages, property management corporations and moving companies to invite those people that are moving into our app. We help people easily forward their mail, update their accounts, setup their utilities, order and scheduled cable and internet and even find a moving company.
