 Scheduling candidates for interviews and meeting the reporting requirements of the various
interview sub-processes.
 Schedulinginvolves coordinatingthecandidate’s availabilityand interviewer’s availability
and making arrangements for the interview at mutually agreed time slot.
 Follow up with candidates and interviewersrespectively on the time interview is beings
scheduled and making sure that the interview is conducted on the scheduled time.
 Quality check on documents collected from the selected candidates.
 Reporting on various interview sub processes involves
 Collatingskill mismatchcasesof the entireSchedulingteam(47teammates) andsending
to the Sourcing Consultants to re-screen the profiles to process them further.
 Sending Job descriptions to the interviewer as per the defined template.
 Collating entire groups schedule report for the day, validating them and send to the
