Identifying the stakeholders and different levels of training to be imparted. Identifying the
training resources and training aids to be used. Identifying the mode of training, e.g. face to face,
online or via video conference, for each channel partner. Determining the total budget required
to accomplish the trainings. Planning the training schedule. Estimating the number of trainers
required for the project. Control reschedules of training sessions due to unavailability of trainee
or trainer. Analyzing certification results and determining the need for retraining of resources.
Controlling risks arising out of re-training and training reschedules. Reporting performance of
trainees to their department heads.
Rollout of new version of eLearning product Questia used by International schools
As a project lead, I was responsible for the following activities:
Estimating the work effort and technical and training resource requirements for the new version
rollout. Planning the phased product rollout schedule. Planning the technical resource

To test 25000 Engineering Students across eight cities on the AMCAT aptitude testing tool
As a project associate, I was responsible for the following activities:
Defining the scope of the testing project. Estimating activity resources and duration for a
comprehensive schedule for registration, testing and result roll out across 200 education
institutions. Planning technical staffing need for conducting the testing. Planning stakeholder
engagement and communication channels with the students taking the test and administrative
authorities in each educational institution participating in the testing program. Obtaining
acceptance documents from each institute which participated in the testing program. Updating
the test score data in the Aspiring Minds test taker database and generation of post test analysis
reports.
