Everyone familiar with this funnel May not speak to everyone Activation is very specific to a platform - goes from a lead to an actual intended user Go through stages of funnel - our job is to get them through next to each stage Biggest takeaway is that it’s not done at the bottom. It circles back to the top of awareness - how do we get those customers we’ve retained to be aware of other products/services/partnerships
