Work Of Artifice
The poem "A Work of Artifice" by Marge Piercy is easily interpreted as a metaphorical poem about
the unfortunate yet accepted societal roles of women. Piercy depicts a bonsai tree that has the
potential to grow tall and beautiful, but instead is neatly trimmed and kept in a small pot. She
describes diminutive tree as being tamed by the gardener at his will. In the last stanza of her poem,
Piercy writes that the bonsai tree has become "domestic and weak," with "bound feet" and a
"crippled brain" (lines 14, 20, 21). Charlotte Perkins Gilman tells of a similar situation in her
thought–provoking short story "The Yellow Wall–Paper." Although Gilman's short story is generally
regarded as a haunting example of realism, it has also gained acclamation as a feminist ... Show

The house, although beautiful, is institutional; the room the narrator's husband chooses is large and
airy, but the great bed is nailed down and there are bars on the windows. Even the wall–paper itself
is unsettling. The narrator describes its color as "repellent, almost revolting; a smouldering unclean
yellow, strangely faded by the slow–turning sunlight" (Gilman, 957). Its pattern is brash and
everlasting, "one of those sprawling flamboyant patterns committing every artistic sin" (Gilman,
957). It is indecipherable, yet the narrator explains that she has made up her mind "for the
thousandth time that [she] will follow that pointless pattern to some sort of conclusion" (Gilman,
960). Essentially, the wallpaper traps the narrator with its confusing and somewhat enchanting
pattern, and it is this image that becomes important: for Gilman, society's repression of women is
exactly as the wallpaper. It, too, is an indecipherable and repellent pattern, which confines women to
their houses. Societal convention traps women behind its bars, just as the wallpaper trapped the

Installing A Secure Clustering Protocol
Abstract– the data aggregation is mostly used energy efficient mechanism in Wireless Sensor
Networks (WSN). Preserving data security is a challenging problem in wireless sensor networks.
Because of the resource characteristic, security & privacy issues there in assume critical
investigation. Many aspects of investigation, one has been the design of a secure clustering protocol
in which a sensed data or information to be delivered to an appropriate receiver securely and
efficiently with least amount of energy consumption. Different methods are used to solve problem of
security. We shows that different technique and method in this paper.

Wireless Sensor Network is a new technology consists of related distributed sensors to monitor
physical or environmental condition. A basic wireless sensor network is shown in fig 1.1. A wireless
sensor network (WSN) has many small sensor nodes deployed in large numbers to sense the
physical world. WSN have many applications such as military and civilian usage. Fig 1.1 Wireless

Organizational Structure And Culture At Lone Tree...
Organizational Structure and Culture
Organizational structure is the hierarchy of authority and description of the arrangement of
employees within an organization (Sullivan & Decker, 2009). Organizational culture is the pattern of
learned values, attitudes, and behaviors in the organization's members (Schein, 1990).
Organizational environment describes the conditions of the work setting. Characteristics of a
positive organizational environment include communication, collaboration, effective decision–
making, staffing, recognition of employees, and leadership (Sullivan & Decker, 2009). This paper
will describe interrelated aspects of the organizational structure, culture, and environment at Lone
Tree Convalescent Hospital and discuss how ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The physicians have a separate line of authority that runs from the medical director to the other
physicians.
Weaknesses of a functional/parallel structure include the possibility of poor coordination across
departments and the possibility that decision–making responsibilities may overload top leaders
(Sullivan & Decker, 2009). Although the official organizational structure of Lone Tree Convalescent
Hospital delineates a clear chain of command, the organizational culture and environment supports a
less structured approach to day–to–day operations. Diagonal communication, teamwork across
departments, and decentralized decision–making are embraced in the organizational culture, helping
to overcome the weaknesses of functional/parallel structure. Diagonal communication occurs
between individuals at different levels of the organizational hierarchy (Sullivan & Decker, 2009).
Diagonal communications are frequent at Lone Tree Convalescent Hospital. As an example, a staff
nurse may discuss an issue with the facility manager before discussing it with the director of nurses.
Although this does not follow the official chain of command, these communications are considered
acceptable and even encouraged. In a larger organization, this type of communication could result in
conflict or difficulties resolving issues. Lone Tree, however, is a small organization and top leaders
in the organization communicate frequently and extensively, minimizing potential negative
outcomes.

The Epic Of Gilgamesh, By Ralph Waldo
Ralph Waldo wrote "life is a journey, not a destination". This quote is occasionally used to give
meaning to the trails one faces in their life. As for our protagonist, Gilgamesh, this quote embodies
what he went through. Epic, stunishing and dramatic are adjectives easily given to describe this
mythical script. By carefully analyzing Gilgamesh 's story, we find hints of how he came to the
glorious ending to his quest. Nevertheless, the women in this epic poem play a small but very
powerful role in our heros life/choices. Being wise and powerful, and simultaneously, taking
temptations and destruction.
In the story, The Epic of Gilgamesh, there are women who are portrayed as powerful, wise and
destructive characters. Although their part in this script was for the good or bad, it was necessary for
them to be written in. Just like any other story, the author thought carefully on who and why they
must put a character in the story.
In the beginning of times, written in the book of Genesis, God created the heaven and earth. He
created light and darkness; sky and sea; land and vegetation stars, sun and the moon; sea creatures
including fish and birds; and lastly animals and mankind. He began with his image of the man. He
built him so perfectly and created a wife for him through his rib. The women became second to the
man. The women is the helper of the man, to procreate and obey the man. God created the man to be
the head of the house and the women to be submissive of the

The Impact On Technology And The Future Of Technology
Technology is said to be taking over the world as we know it, and will soon whip out paper in its
entirety. Technology is quick growing with ample routes, while paper has vast history, with little
room for improvement. With all of the efforts to eliminate paper, it will always find a way to
continue with a prominent meaning in current times.
In China during the early years of 100 BC, Ts'ai Lun invented paper by basing his ideas on bark
cloth and he did this by, "mixing finely chopped mulberry bark and hemp rags with water, mashing
it flat, and then pressing out the water and letting it dry in the sun," (Carr). In those times, Buddhist
monks used paper for a mass production of prayers to present to the population. With the aid of Han
Dynasty emperor, Ho–Ti, and his government officials, Ts'ai Lun was the first to begin a industry of
paper–making. As the first known attempts of making paper roughly 2,000 years ago, computer like
technology began in a more complex fashion.
With previous attempts and ideas, in 1822, computer pioneer, Charles Babbage was able to design
the first automatic computing engine; however, Babbage was unable to build it himself (The
Babbage Engine"). His machine was composed of "a model of his early difference engine – a brass
calculating machine capable of tabulating higher–order polynomial functions – alongside a silver
automaton in the form of a dancing ballerina" according to Nature magazine (Holmes). Other known
inventors and their inventions that

Essentially like a baby does to the its mother which is its host and if the host is not receiving the
proper nutrients the host will sacrifice its life for the parasite which is what carmen does
involuntarily to save the baby 's life. According to an article from the Movie critique website
vigliantcitizen.com the ancient fig tree represents the sacred feminine womb where the toad resides
and is draining the life out of the tree. "The first task given by the Faun to Ofelia is to retrieve a key
from a giant toad who is sucking the life out of an ancient fig tree. There starts the quest of
"returning to the womb" and the rekindling the oppressed feminine. The interior of the tree is damp
and moist, symbolizing once again the womb–giver of life. The tree itself looks like a uterus."
(vigilantcitizen.com). The imagery that this critic gives is a great representation of the situation that
carmen is stuck in the baby representing the toad and the tree being the uterus. The inside of the tree
is moist and damp as is the inside of the womb and the toad is draining the energy or life from the
tree, in comparison the baby is draining the life from his mother so in order to rekindle the lost
energy of the tree or womb Ofelia had to travel deep inside the tree to birth or remove the toad to
give new life to the tree by retrieving the key of life and improve the health of both the tree

Multicasting in wired and wireless networks has been advantageous and used as a vital technology
in many applications such as audio and video conferencing, corporate communications,
collaborative and groupware applications, distance earning, stock quotes, distribution of software
news etc.,
In wireless two popular multicast schemes: shortest past multicast and core based tree. The shortest
path multicast tree always select the shortest path from every source to every destination and source
node need to build a root tree as itself. Hence, in core based multicast tree, shortest path from the
source node to the destination node cannot be guaranteed, but only one tree would be needed to
connect the set of the source nodes to a set of the receiver nodes. And many MANET has limited
energy resources (battery), and each node operates in unattended manner. So energy efficient is an
import design consideration for these networks. So we proposed energy efficient paper using
multicast routing protocol according to distance from source to destination in a network.
Security is a more sensitive issue in MANETs than any other networks due to lack of infrastructure
and the broadcast nature of the network. While MANETs can be quickly set up as needed, so they
also need secure data transfer over the network. We provide encryption and decryption algorithm
using Rijndael (AES) block cipher. It helps the message to secure

Sons Of Liberty Thesis
In my research paper, I will be discussing the Sons Of Liberty. My thesis is: if the Sons Of Liberty
had not been created, no one would have helped the British with their taxation problems; therefore,
the Bill Of Rights would have not been established. In this country known as America, many people
live a free life. These people have the inalienable rights given at birth. Rights that define the way
American people walk their daily life. America has come a long way from what it was in the
beginning. Now, America was not always as free as stated in the Bill of Rights. The Bill of Rights
was established in 1791. They were ten amendments stated all the rights of the free American people

Liberty decided to make a statement, this statement they wanted to make involved that tea. When
the Sons of Liberty started, there was not that many. The Sons of Liberty only had nineteen men in
the group. By the time the Boston Tea Party came around around, the group had grown up to more
than sixty men. People were realizing that the members of this organization were trying to make
things better and they wanted to apart of that. The people wanted to become part of what could be a

The start of the revolution would be known today as the famous Boston Tea Party of 1773. While

Tree Of Life Journal Entry
The "Tree of Life" entry was one I created after I was able to leave work early on the weekend. I had
only worked with pastel oil colors a few times before, and wanted to draw something that was
somewhat intricate, but also set in a very smooth and free flowing background. I began by drawing
the circle, a Mandala, I just didn't know it at the time, and the trunk of the tree. As I began filling in
the outline of the tree limbs, I found myself thinking about my own family tree, and concluded the
limbs in the tree with a strong sense of the connectedness of each person alive today. I chose to use
vibrant and bright colors to silhouette the tree in oranges and yellows to represent the sun which
provides for everything the tree needs to survive, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
I had really wanted to try and draw concentric circles on the paper, and believed it would only look
visually appealing if I had perfect circles, so I purchased a protractor on my way home from school
that day to try in this Mandala. I initially drew the larger outer circle, then drew smaller and smaller
circles until I made it to the middle. I noticed that the tip of the protractor had actually pierced a hole
through the paper and as I looked though the tiny hole I was inspired to turn the entire Mandala into
somewhat of an eye, so I drew a pupil in the middle. I then chose to work with colored pencil and
fill the rest of the page with colors. I used a brown color in the middle to go along with the eye
theme, but then I decided to make the entry more intricate and drew squiggly lines in the next circle,
followed by a complex kaleidoscope pattern. I wanted to progressively return the patterns back to a
simpler and calmer design, and ended up with a yellow star near the outer edge, almost looking as if
it is the setting in which the eye had been mounted, like a stone in a ring. For me, this gave the
Mandala a very stable feeling, I feel as though without it, the image may begin to swirl. I also chose
to set the Mandala into a softly swirling background. I found that I really enjoy making Mandalas
and that it does not have to be geometrically perfect to still be visually

Understanding Of Free Will And God 's Omniscience
Great Theologian Paper
Consolations of Philosophy
Prompt: Analyze Boethius's understanding of free will and God's omniscience as found in the
Consolation of Philosophy. (4–6 Pages)
The idea of human will has taken over Christians for centuries. Boethius the theologian offers two
different ideas in the book Consolations of Philosophy, the understanding of divine foreknowledge
and free will. Boethius explains " There seems to be a hopeless conflict between divine
foreknowledge of all things and freedom of human will. For if God sees everything in advance and
cannot be deceived in any way, whatever his providence foresees will happen, must happen.
Therefor, if God foreknows eternally not only all the acts of men, but also their plans and wishes,
there cannot be freedom of will, nothing whatever can be done or even desired without its being
known beforehand by the infallible Providence of God." (Baird, Philosophic Classics, Consolations
of Philosophy 126.)
Others have concluded that omniscience and human free will are exclusive. All actions are known
by God beforehand. Boethius however, refuses to accept that conclusion. He believes that freewill
absolutely is essential to moral activity and responsibility. "There is a freewill...and no rational
nature can exist which does not have it. For any being, which by its nature has the use of reason,
must also have the power of judgment by which it can make decision and, by its own resources,
distinguish between things which should be

We expect it to be on the dispenser in our bathrooms, and we hope that it is in the stalls of public
restrooms. When we run out of toilet paper we find ourselves in quite the predicament. Is this not
reason enough to appreciate and respect toilet paper? In the average home one roll of toilet paper is
suggested to last up to five days. The average consumers use eight to nine sheets per bathroom visit.
Each person in America uses an average of 57 sheets of toilet paper per day. Toilet paper comes in

A Doll 's House By Henrik Ibsen
n A Doll's House, Henrik Ibsen examines conventional roles of men and women in the nineteenth
century. In the play, Nora exemplifies the conventional feminine standard of the period. She seems
to be powerless and confines herself through patriarchal expectations, which signify a woman's
social role at that tome, that is, of a wife and mother. In turn, masculine perspective measures
feminine conduct during that period. Finally, Nora makes a decision to break up with her family in
order to become independent. She does this aslo in order to gain and assert her personality through
social identity. However, her deed is rather a manifestation of her selfishness than her rebellious
spirit. It means that none of the gender parties in this play can be considered as completely just or
unjust. So, the paper considers various manifestations of justice and injustice in the relationships
between the main characters and considers the social background of their decisions and deeds. The
protagonist of A Doll's House is a woman named Nora Helmer. Ibsen shows how Nora's design of
perfect life gradually transforms when her secret unravels. Promotion of Nora's husband to a bank
manager in the town bank makes her convinced that she will live a worry free and careless life
ahead. Conversely, Nora's notion of a magnificent life totally changes as her long–kept secret is
exposed. The play begins at Christmas time and a larger income begins after the New Year. The
beginning of new life makes Nora

St. Augustine 's Confessions Essay
When a Catholic thinks of sin, the following questions come to his or her mind: Are my actions
morally right? Am I disobeying God? Defying God's rule is a sin, and seeking forgiveness is pivotal,
mainly because it shows that one is aware that he or she has committed a sin, and therefore, he or
she must seek redemption. For example, consider the following seven deadly sins: pride, envy,
gluttony, lust, anger, greed, and sloth ("The Seven Deadly Sins," 1). In Saint Augustine's
Confessions, readers get the chance to learn about sin through Saint Augustine's experiences of sin
confrontations and temptations. For instance, in Confessions, the pear tree is depicted as a sin, a
symbol of pleasure–Saint Augustine's original sin. How so? Well, stealing the pears with his friends
is Saint Augustine's first memory of sinning. Saint Augustine sees a parallel connection between the
pear tree and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil–the original sin. In this paper, the idea of
sin in Saint Augustine's story of the pear will be applied to Chaucer's "Pardoner's Prologue and
Tale." Thus, allowing readers to realize that the Pardoner embodies sin as Augustine defines it.
In Chaucer's " The Pardoner's Prologue and Tale," the Pardoner is a medieval preacher whose
ultimate goal is to earn money by soliciting offerings and granting pardons. The prologue begins
with the Pardoner describing everything that Chaucer believes to be corrupt with the church of his
day. The Pardoner describes

Climate Condition:
Amazon rainforest has a tropical climate or also know as the equatorial climate. It is humid
throughout the year and has an average temperature of 28 degree celsius. We can not really divide
the climate between summer and winter as it has a annual temperature range of 2 degree celsius. The
temperature difference between day and night is about 2 to 5 degree celsius. The climate is not as
hot as we may except it rarely goes above 30 degree celsius. but the only trouble in the rainforest is
the humidity which causes a feeling of lack of air. Due to the humidity we can not really see a dry
season in the amazon as it rains thought out the year. We can divide rainfall in Amazon into into two
parts rainy and not so rainy.
If we look at the above climate table of the amazon basin we can find that the temperature is almost
constant throughout the year. But we can kind of divide rainfall in Amazon into rainy and "not so
rainy". If we have a look at the above table between the months June to September we can call it
"not so rainy" and the rest of the months we can call it rainy. This is between October to May.

immigrants to America who were fleeing a famine in Ireland or war in Europe or Central America,
or political persecution in other parts of the world. Still others know that they had family members
from another part of the globe who came to America to search for a better life, full of more
promising opportunity.
Whatever the case, people are drawn to learn more. Starting out to do research on your family tree
can seem a bit daunting, if not overwhelming. But there are some simple steps to follow that will get
you started.
First, start by understanding that most family tree research projects are very long term endeavors.
These histories can go back hundreds of years and trace across wide swaths of the globe. And, the
path of the research is often not linear; you will likely start and stop and start again on the same line
of inquiry over and over as new information becomes available.
The best place to start is typically the easiest. There is already quite a bit of long–standing family
history embedded in the memories and stories held by your living relatives. You can start by having
conversations with them on a one–on–one basis, or by gathering them together in a room. Often
times, these stories are so deeply engrained in people that having a conversation going among others
helps to spur

Analysis: The Ad Hoc On Demand Distance Vector
The Ad hoc On Demand Distance Vector (AODV) routing algorithm is a routing protocol designed
for ad hoc mobile networks. AODV is capable of both unicast and multicast routing. It is an on
demand algorithm, meaning that it builds routes between nodes only as desired by source nodes. It
maintains these routes as long as they are needed by the sources. Additionally, AODV forms trees
which connect multicast group members. The trees are composed of the group members and the
nodes needed to connect the members. AODV uses sequence numbers to ensure the freshness of
routes. It is loop–free, self–starting, and scales to large numbers of mobile nodes.
AODV builds routes using a route request / route reply query cycle. When a source node desires a ...

As long as the route remains active, it will continue to be maintained. A route is considered active as
long as there are data packets periodically travelling from the source to the destination along that
path. Once the source stops sending data packets, the links will time out and eventually be deleted
from the intermediate node routing tables. If a link break occurs while the route is active, the node
upstream of the break propagates a route error (RERR) message to the source node to inform it of
the now unreachable destination(s). After receiving the RERR, if the source node still desires the
route, it can reinitiate route discovery.
Multicast routes are set up in a similar manner. A node wishing to join a multicast group broadcasts
a RREQ with the destination IP address set to that of the multicast group and with the 'J'(join) flag
set to indicate that it would like to join the group. Any node receiving this RREQ that is a member
of the multicast tree that has a fresh enough sequence number for the multicast group may send a
RREP. As the RREPs propagate back to the source, the nodes forwarding the message set up
pointers in their multicast route tables. As the source node receives the RREPs, it keeps track of the
route with the freshest sequence number, and beyond that the smallest hop count to the next
multicast group member. After the specified discovery period, the source node will unicast a
Multicast Activation (MACT) message to its selected

Theodicy Problem Of Evil
There are many questions today as to the theodicy problem and why bad things happen. In this
paper, I write about my approach to the problem of evil and why bad things happen to good people.
This paper responds to the problem of evil in five ways. First we perceive God as an evil God, and
we define the nature of evil. Free will, natural evil and life values are also seen as a resolution to the
problem of evil. As an imperfect human, we will not be able to understand
God's purpose to certain things that happen and should find no surprise as to why bad things happen
to good people and the existence of evil.

According to Zapotoczny (2013), "families, groups, and clans that have taught their members how
to effectively interact in society have produced less evil." Zapotoczny (2013) has a good point in
that perhaps the problem with evil in the world is a direct reflection of our upbringing. As in our
studies, I go back and review chapter 3 in that both Hinduism and
Buddhism believe that with good behavior, positive "karma" is brought out and reflects on a
person's success in life. This in turn comes back to the idea that the problem with evil comes from
the learning values that were passed by your family. The solution to the problem of evil depends on
each individual person, their passion and their desire. The Bible states in Proverbs
22:6, "Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it."
Test of Faith
Most people have abandoned their faith because of the problem of evil. Evil is said to be greatest
test of faith, especially during time of suffering. In a passage by Peter Kreeft, he states,
"suffering can work for the greater good of wisdom. It is not true that all things are good, but it is
true that all things work together for good to those who love God." When I was little, I

Early Classroom Observation
On April 10, 2017, I visited the Early Discoveries Center head start school in Port Jefferson, New
York to perform an observation of a toddler's classroom through the Community head start program.
The class consist of 8 students and two lead teachers. The purpose of this observation is to observe
and evaluate the classroom environment, activities taking place, the toddlers in the classroom and
the interactions between the staff and children.
Early Discoveries Center in Port Jefferson in my opinion is phenomenal. The staff at the facility
made me feel welcome from the moment I walked into the school. The instant I strolled into the
classroom, I noticed how well lit the room with natural light coming from outside through the
windows. The room ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
I felt that the teacher felt enjoyment working with the children in the classroom. Additionally, they
had a lot of patience with the children especially when the children would have a meltdown.
As the day began one of the little boys were dropped off for the day and he had a hard time dealing
with dad leaving him. The child paced around the room crying and yelling for his father to come by
and get him. The lead teacher allowed the child to cry for a few minutes to allow him to short
through his separation anxiety. The only problem is the child never calmed down until he was
reminded that dad will come back, including that everything is okay followed up by a hug and
spending one on one time with him. This situation can fall under wants–something, then led to a
respectful situation.
Furthermore, a great example of a wants–nothing took place during free time. A little girl was
playing with the pretend kitchen. She was content being by herself while using her imagination
pretending to make herself lunch. Lastly a responsive interaction that took place was when one of
the children wanted to play with the baby dolls, as the child was undressing the babies. The teacher
came over to join the child and showed them how to care for a baby by displaying how to feed and

Jean-Jacques Rousseau Essay
Jean–Jacques Rousseau had a theory of human nature that differed from all others. The way we
started, grew as a society, and live now, are totally different than what we have already learned this
semester. He thought of what is called a Social Contract Theory. This theory will be discussed in this
paper, especially in the aspects of personal freedom, the role of the intellect, human social and/or
spiritual relations, and the nature of the self.
How much personal freedom does a person have? Well, Rousseau would say that humans do have
personal freedom, but that freedom is hard to keep. He would say that, “Humans are
born free, and everywhere they are in chains.';(notes 11/4/99) To some, this would ... Show more

Having possessions and property are caused by rational thinking, and those generalities create
inequalities, because there are the rich, who have all the possessions, and the poor, who have none,
but want the rich peoples’ things. If nobody was using reason, there would be no
disputes about personal items, because nothing would belong to anyone.
In other words, humans use reason all the time. Today, we think rationally. Even though Rousseau
believes that this is not the way to live, he admits that it does exist. Our personal freedom is driven
on pride now.
However, the way to correct things is not to go back to how things were, but to instead transform
into a new kind of people. We need to make progress, and choose to make that progress. He feels
that we need to stop the impersonalizing.
Rousseau also believes that the role of intellect is played off by the instincts of a person. In the
beginning, humans were not rational. They thought in the particulars of life. They saw a tree and
thought of it as a tree. They didn’t see a tree and think, “This is my tree.';
Through instincts, a human would go and kill an animal to eat, not order from a drive through. They
took care of things themselves. Intellect in this sense would tell a person to go and eat. It would also
have the program in its brain to know how to hunt and fish. The

Planning Process For A Railway Network
The first and most important thing for a railway company is to plan efficiently the movement of
trains on a railway network. In here we review the models and methods which have been proposed
in assisting the planners in finding the train routes. The problem of routing trains involves allocating
the track capacity of the network. In here we take a look into train dispatching, train tabling, train
routing, and train plat forming routing problems and discuss track allocation from a strategic,
tactical, and operational level. Introduction The railway industry possesses a variety of rolling stock
routing problems that can be modelled and solved using Operations Research techniques. Such
problems exist in several forms, depend on the underlying railway network, and arise at different
levels in the planning process for a railway company. Allocating the track capacity of a railway
network over time in a conflict free manner can be considered, roughly speaking, the basic objective
of any rolling stock routing problem. The aim of this paper is to provide a broad overview of the
models and methods proposed in the literature to solve all variants of rolling stock routing problems.
Special emphasis is given to the more recent work on the difficult problem of routing trains through
complex junctions/stations. We are here to highlight various approaches that exist and a much
broader look on optimization methods for such problems. To set the context we begin by providing

Compare The Yellow Wallpaper And A Doll's House
Both the 1892 short story, The Yellow Wallpaper by Charlotte Perkins Stetson and the 1879
Norwegian play A Dolls House by Henrik Ibsen, explore how the female protagonists are products
of and are influenced by the harsh social conventions and expectations of their time. Both
protagonists are constrained by the patriarchal society and the expectations of the wife of the late
1800s. Stenson challenges the audience's response through the use of literary techniques including
symbolism, to enhance the submission of the unnamed female narrator dealing with nervous
depression. Conversely, Ibsen, through the use of theatrical techniques predominately stage
directions and dramatic irony, provokes audiences to discuss Nora's abandonment of her marriage
and children. Both, Ibsen and Stenson use the physical setting of a house in addition to domestic
symbols, to enhance the female protagonist's domestic limitations inside marriage. A Doll's House is
set within the living room of the Helmer residence whereas The Yellow Wallpaper is set in foreign
environment to the narrator; a summer rental. Nora is only shown in the living room of the Helmer
residence whereas Stenson's narrator is only allowed within the gardens and the 'atrocious' nursery
with barred windows. Thus, by the restrictive setting, both authors are reflecting the physical
limitations of the female protagonists in regard to the patriarchal society. However, to enhance the
restrictive limitations and the domestic servitude

The Hebrew Bible 's Allure And Perseverance
The Hebrew Bible's allure and perseverance is due in part to the numerous gaps contained within the
text; in these gaps, the characters' motivations and emotions are left unclear. One such gap is God's
motivation behind his response to Adam and Eve eating the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good
and evil. Despite God telling Adam that he will die if he eats the fruits of the tree of knowledge of
good and evil (King James Version, Gen. 2.17), eating the fruit did not cause Adam and Eve to die;
instead, God allowed them to live and cast them out of the garden of Eden (Gen. 3; 24). Why then
did God tell Adam that he will die if he consumes the fruit from that tree if the fruit really doesn't
cause death? This gap between what God says versus what he does allows religious scholars to
argue various interpretations of the reasons behind God's apparent deception of Adam. Included in
the paper is a discussion and analysis of two interpretations of God's motivations behind deceiving
Adam: the first interpretation shows that God is indeed being truthful and that Adam and Eve will
eventually die as a result of eating the fruits from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, and the
second interpretation depicts God's deception as a test of Adam and Eve's obedience. Also included
in the essay is my personal opinion of which interpretation is the best along with reasons behind my
choice.

More importantly, hemp has some of the most useful sustainable material nature has to offer. It is
evident that humanity is living in an unsustainable fashion; the earth's resources are being depleted
at a rate at which it cannot be replenished. Still, some of these products (paper, plastic, fuel, building
material, etc.) are essential for modern day living and, therefore, practices and processes continue as
they are. That is why it is so crucial to explore alternative products to promote a more sustainable
world. Hemp has the ability to maintain ecological processes, functions, and biodiversity in the
future, which current processes cannot manage.
One of the major benefits of hemp farming is that the hemp plant grows in a short period of time. A
plant can mature in 70–90 days, producing a very large bulk of plant material. The plant is highly
resistant to most insects and diseases, which largely eliminates the need for pesticides and
herbicides. The plant is a natural weed suppressor. By producing its own shade the plant shades out
weeds, leaving the fields weed–free at harvest. The tall stalks drop its leaves creating a self–
mulching eco–system (Hemp Facts, n.d). In contrast, logging is a major cause of global
deforestation. Additional consequences of deforestation include killing of animals and plants,
wiping out species, and polluting the environment. Although the timber industry is recognized as

Analysis Of Genovus Biotechnologies ( Genovus )
Title
Genovus Biotechnologies (Genovus) is an infant biomedical company, which is currently working
to procure seed A funding. Each member of the Genovus leadership is working to propel the
company into existence while holding other jobs to pay basic life expenses. There is a small budget
for information technology tools such as email, calendar, and videoconference. The Genovus
leadership team needs to decide what information technology options will streamline and simplify
the work for the four–person business. This paper reviews two decision making tools, mind mapping
and decision tree analysis, and how these two tools may help the Genovus leadership team
determine the toolsets needed at this time. Mind mapping is a brainstorming tool. It enables the tool
user to engage with concepts in at a deeper level, thereby encouraging longer lasting learning about
a topic (Davies, 2011). When concepts are complex, the mind mapping process allows linking like
concepts together in a nonlinear model, assisting the user in uncovering dependencies between
concepts. Additionally, the visualization of data facilitates the user's ability to quickly think through
multiple ideas spontaneously (Davies, 2011). The process of mind mapping increases the quantity
and quality of the ideas, while facilitating critical thinking (Luh, Ma, Hsieh, & Huang, 2012). When

Trees Climbing Strategies For A Novel Tree Climbing
Abstract–This paper focuses on tree climbing strategies for a novel tree climbing robot that is named
as Tree–bot. The proposed concept aims to guide Tree–bot in climbing along an optimal path by the
use of micro controller, minimal sensing resources and servo grippers. Inspired by inchworms, the
concept reconstructs the shape of a tree simply by the use of tactile sensors. It reveals how the
realization of an environment can be achieved with limited tactile information. An efficient motion
planning strategy is also proposed to make Tree–bot climb on an optimal path. This is accomplished
by the prediction of the future shape of the tree. There are many requirements for motion in vertical
direction. Climbing is one of the means for accessing these matters.
Key words: Continuum, Tilt, Tactile, Semi–passive I INTRODUCTION
Nowadays, there are many activities that require access in the vertical direction. Climbing is one of
the mean for accessing these matters. Whether indoors or outdoors operating environment will be
reflected in the climbing robot's design and ability to withstand different condition such as
maintenance work for tower, pick the fruit, industrial solutions and many more. The design of robot
will be determined by its intended applications
The classical way to implement the tree climbing robot is in a software manner or manually. Such an
approach is most general, easiest and least expensive among all the methods

Factors Affecting The Palm Tree Trimming Services
Factors to consider during palm tree trimming and the best time to do that
Description: Wondering when to take up palm tree trimming? There is no fixed time of trimming but
whenever you feel the need, call up professionals for help.
Specialized companies all across the globe offer professional tree trimming services. In fact, no one
likes to cut or trim a fully grown, beautiful palm tree. But then, it becomes necessary most of the
times. If the tree is overgrown, it may impede the appearance of your lawn. It can also intervene
with the utility lines. The roots of the palm tree may get through the main foundation and the very
structure of your home. Thus, there are number of reasons for taking palm tree removal and palm
tree trimming services. Before you trim the palm tree, various factors need to be considered. To let
the trees grow in a healthy manner, trimming is essential. The kind of tree you are trimming, the
condition of the tree matters when you are undertaking tree trimming. There is no particular season
for tree pruning and this activity may be taken anytime you feel the need.
Do you really need the tree trimming and removal?
When you consider tree trimming, you need to take into account whether the pruning is at all
required or not. If the tree is posing a threat to your home foundation and is spreading too much,
trimming must be undertaken. On the other hand, if the tree is diseased, posing a threat to the lives
of other trees, remove that tree from the site.

Nature Of Evil Research Paper
The argument from evil is the problem of reconciling the existence of an omniscient, omnipotent,
and perfectly good God. It states that if there was a God with those qualities, then he would know
about evil, have the power to stop evil, and because he is good, he would stop evil.
If God exists, then he is omniscient, omnipotent, and perfectly good.
If God were omniscient, omnipotent, and perfectly good, then the world would not contain evil.
The world contains evil.
Therefore, it is not the case that God exists.
In this paper, I would like to explore several responses to this argument, the nature of evil, and to
explain why some evils might be a necessity.
There are two types of evil mentioned, moral evil and natural evil. Moral evil is defined as actions
of a person or group, such as theft, murder, manipulation, etc. Natural evil is defined as actions,
which are uncontrollable and caused by nature, such as diseases, earthquakes, and hurricanes.
Further clarification must be made to define an evil act. For example, if someone were becoming
intimate with many people, they could receive a disease. If they were to unknowingly pass the
disease along, the human would be committing the action. If they did not know they were
committing an evil, does it still count as an evil? I think it is crucial to maintain ... Show more

Is evil real to us like physical objects are, or is evil perceived in the mind? Or perhaps some of both?
There are physiological effects when one has a mental experience. For example, if one is feeling

sweat glands are activated, and hormones are released. Low self esteem could be considered an evil
perceived in the mind; even if nothing is wrong with the person physically, they could still feel

material, etc.) are essential for modern day living and therefore practices and processes continue as
plant can mature in 70–90 days, producing very large bulk of plant material. The plant is highly

What Is The Manufacturing Process Of Manufacturing In...
The materials in which I will show a description of the production and the manufacturing process
are timber and steel. You might think it is processed really easily. From trees in the jungle to being
constructed and used in construction process. Before doing anything, you must ensure to make a
detailed analysis of the process involved and equipment used in such a process. These analyses had
to identify the amount, type and quality required so as to identify possible energy savings
compatible to the respective of a cost benefit analysis.
Sawmilling is the thing done. It is not considered to be sophisticated job in the mechanical forest
industry as all they do is imply number of certain operations from handling an transportation of logs

The ends of each log are trimmed to ensure they are straight and cut into boards. Large circular saws
are then used to further process the boards, removing the curved edges. Each processed piece of
wood should then look like a piece of clean and smooth board. Stage four of the process is then the
seasoning. This is when you must remove any excess water or moisture contents.
When a tree is felled, it still contains a large proportion of water/moisture – usually between forty to
fifty per cent water content. Water can be held inside a tree in two distinctive ways:
Free water. This is when water is held in the vessels and cells in order to distribute nutrients inside
the tree.
The other solution is cell water. Is also known as bound water and it is essential part of the tree's cell
walls.
During the seasoning process, a tree loses its free water and a high proportion of its cell water and as
a result, is less likely to warp or deform.
Wood that has not been seasoned and still has high water content is called 'green wood' and can be
more difficult to work with because it has a tendency to change shape. The last stage of the process
is getting it and preparing for the market. After turning trees into timber through sawmilling that I
mentioned in stage three the market value therefore can be increased through manufacturing sawn
timber products.
This part is called

Work Of Artifice

  • 1. Work Of Artifice The poem "A Work of Artifice" by Marge Piercy is easily interpreted as a metaphorical poem about the unfortunate yet accepted societal roles of women. Piercy depicts a bonsai tree that has the potential to grow tall and beautiful, but instead is neatly trimmed and kept in a small pot. She describes diminutive tree as being tamed by the gardener at his will. In the last stanza of her poem, Piercy writes that the bonsai tree has become "domestic and weak," with "bound feet" and a "crippled brain" (lines 14, 20, 21). Charlotte Perkins Gilman tells of a similar situation in her thought–provoking short story "The Yellow Wall–Paper." Although Gilman's short story is generally regarded as a haunting example of realism, it has also gained acclamation as a feminist ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The house, although beautiful, is institutional; the room the narrator's husband chooses is large and airy, but the great bed is nailed down and there are bars on the windows. Even the wall–paper itself is unsettling. The narrator describes its color as "repellent, almost revolting; a smouldering unclean yellow, strangely faded by the slow–turning sunlight" (Gilman, 957). Its pattern is brash and everlasting, "one of those sprawling flamboyant patterns committing every artistic sin" (Gilman, 957). It is indecipherable, yet the narrator explains that she has made up her mind "for the thousandth time that [she] will follow that pointless pattern to some sort of conclusion" (Gilman, 960). Essentially, the wallpaper traps the narrator with its confusing and somewhat enchanting pattern, and it is this image that becomes important: for Gilman, society's repression of women is exactly as the wallpaper. It, too, is an indecipherable and repellent pattern, which confines women to their houses. Societal convention traps women behind its bars, just as the wallpaper trapped the ... • 3. Installing A Secure Clustering Protocol Abstract– the data aggregation is mostly used energy efficient mechanism in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN). Preserving data security is a challenging problem in wireless sensor networks. Because of the resource characteristic, security & privacy issues there in assume critical investigation. Many aspects of investigation, one has been the design of a secure clustering protocol in which a sensed data or information to be delivered to an appropriate receiver securely and efficiently with least amount of energy consumption. Different methods are used to solve problem of security. We shows that different technique and method in this paper. Keyword– Aggregation , Cluster, privacy. 1. Introduction Wireless Sensor Network is a new technology consists of related distributed sensors to monitor physical or environmental condition. A basic wireless sensor network is shown in fig 1.1. A wireless sensor network (WSN) has many small sensor nodes deployed in large numbers to sense the physical world. WSN have many applications such as military and civilian usage. Fig 1.1 Wireless Sensor Network They include surveillance, tracking at critical facilities, or monitoring animal habitats. Sensors are usually resource limited and power–constrained. They suffer from restricted computation, communication, and power resources. • 5. Organizational Structure And Culture At Lone Tree... Organizational Structure and Culture Organizational structure is the hierarchy of authority and description of the arrangement of employees within an organization (Sullivan & Decker, 2009). Organizational culture is the pattern of learned values, attitudes, and behaviors in the organization's members (Schein, 1990). Organizational environment describes the conditions of the work setting. Characteristics of a positive organizational environment include communication, collaboration, effective decision– making, staffing, recognition of employees, and leadership (Sullivan & Decker, 2009). This paper will describe interrelated aspects of the organizational structure, culture, and environment at Lone Tree Convalescent Hospital and discuss how ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The physicians have a separate line of authority that runs from the medical director to the other physicians. Weaknesses of a functional/parallel structure include the possibility of poor coordination across departments and the possibility that decision–making responsibilities may overload top leaders (Sullivan & Decker, 2009). Although the official organizational structure of Lone Tree Convalescent Hospital delineates a clear chain of command, the organizational culture and environment supports a less structured approach to day–to–day operations. Diagonal communication, teamwork across departments, and decentralized decision–making are embraced in the organizational culture, helping to overcome the weaknesses of functional/parallel structure. Diagonal communication occurs between individuals at different levels of the organizational hierarchy (Sullivan & Decker, 2009). Diagonal communications are frequent at Lone Tree Convalescent Hospital. As an example, a staff nurse may discuss an issue with the facility manager before discussing it with the director of nurses. Although this does not follow the official chain of command, these communications are considered acceptable and even encouraged. In a larger organization, this type of communication could result in conflict or difficulties resolving issues. Lone Tree, however, is a small organization and top leaders in the organization communicate frequently and extensively, minimizing potential negative outcomes. The ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 7. The Epic Of Gilgamesh, By Ralph Waldo Ralph Waldo wrote "life is a journey, not a destination". This quote is occasionally used to give meaning to the trails one faces in their life. As for our protagonist, Gilgamesh, this quote embodies what he went through. Epic, stunishing and dramatic are adjectives easily given to describe this mythical script. By carefully analyzing Gilgamesh 's story, we find hints of how he came to the glorious ending to his quest. Nevertheless, the women in this epic poem play a small but very powerful role in our heros life/choices. Being wise and powerful, and simultaneously, taking temptations and destruction. In the story, The Epic of Gilgamesh, there are women who are portrayed as powerful, wise and destructive characters. Although their part in this script was for the good or bad, it was necessary for them to be written in. Just like any other story, the author thought carefully on who and why they must put a character in the story. In the beginning of times, written in the book of Genesis, God created the heaven and earth. He created light and darkness; sky and sea; land and vegetation stars, sun and the moon; sea creatures including fish and birds; and lastly animals and mankind. He began with his image of the man. He built him so perfectly and created a wife for him through his rib. The women became second to the man. The women is the helper of the man, to procreate and obey the man. • 9. The Impact On Technology And The Future Of Technology Technology is said to be taking over the world as we know it, and will soon whip out paper in its entirety. Technology is quick growing with ample routes, while paper has vast history, with little room for improvement. With all of the efforts to eliminate paper, it will always find a way to continue with a prominent meaning in current times. In China during the early years of 100 BC, Ts'ai Lun invented paper by basing his ideas on bark cloth and he did this by, "mixing finely chopped mulberry bark and hemp rags with water, mashing it flat, and then pressing out the water and letting it dry in the sun," (Carr). In those times, Buddhist monks used paper for a mass production of prayers to present to the population. With the aid of Han Dynasty emperor, Ho–Ti, and his government officials, Ts'ai Lun was the first to begin a industry of paper–making. As the first known attempts of making paper roughly 2,000 years ago, computer like technology began in a more complex fashion. With previous attempts and ideas, in 1822, computer pioneer, Charles Babbage was able to design the first automatic computing engine; however, Babbage was unable to build it himself (The Babbage Engine"). His machine was composed of "a model of his early difference engine – a brass calculating machine capable of tabulating higher–order polynomial functions – alongside a silver automaton in the form of a dancing ballerina" according to Nature magazine (Holmes). This comparison is significant because of, the many scenes and examples given by del Toro. Throughout this research paper you will learn about the comparisons of the 7 scenes from the movie and why they prove that the magic and real world are parallel universes. According to an article from the Movie critique website vigliantcitizen.com the ancient fig tree represents the sacred feminine womb where the toad resides and is draining the life out of the tree. "The first task given by the Faun to Ofelia is to retrieve a key from a giant toad who is sucking the life out of an ancient fig tree. There starts the quest of "returning to the womb" and the rekindling the oppressed feminine. The interior of the tree is damp and moist, symbolizing once again the womb–giver of life. The tree itself looks like a uterus." (vigilantcitizen.com). The imagery that this critic gives is a great representation of the situation that carmen is stuck in the baby representing the toad and the tree being the uterus. The inside of the tree is moist and damp as is the inside of the womb and the toad is draining the energy or life from the tree, in comparison the baby is draining the life from his mother so in order to rekindle the lost energy of the tree or womb Ofelia had to travel deep inside the tree to birth or remove the toad to give new life to the tree by retrieving the key of life and improve the health of both the tree ... Multicasting in wired and wireless networks has been advantageous and used as a vital technology in many applications such as audio and video conferencing, corporate communications, collaborative and groupware applications, distance earning, stock quotes, distribution of software news etc., In wireless two popular multicast schemes: shortest past multicast and core based tree. The shortest path multicast tree always select the shortest path from every source to every destination and source node need to build a root tree as itself. Hence, in core based multicast tree, shortest path from the source node to the destination node cannot be guaranteed, but only one tree would be needed to connect the set of the source nodes to a set of the receiver nodes. And many MANET has limited energy resources (battery), and each node operates in unattended manner. So energy efficient is an import design consideration for these networks. So we proposed energy efficient paper using multicast routing protocol according to distance from source to destination in a network. • 19. Tree Of Life Journal Entry The "Tree of Life" entry was one I created after I was able to leave work early on the weekend. I had only worked with pastel oil colors a few times before, and wanted to draw something that was somewhat intricate, but also set in a very smooth and free flowing background. I began by drawing the circle, a Mandala, I just didn't know it at the time, and the trunk of the tree. As I began filling in the outline of the tree limbs, I found myself thinking about my own family tree, and concluded the limbs in the tree with a strong sense of the connectedness of each person alive today. I chose to use vibrant and bright colors to silhouette the tree in oranges and yellows to represent the sun which provides for everything the tree needs to survive, ... I had really wanted to try and draw concentric circles on the paper, and believed it would only look visually appealing if I had perfect circles, so I purchased a protractor on my way home from school that day to try in this Mandala. I initially drew the larger outer circle, then drew smaller and smaller circles until I made it to the middle. I noticed that the tip of the protractor had actually pierced a hole through the paper and as I looked though the tiny hole I was inspired to turn the entire Mandala into somewhat of an eye, so I drew a pupil in the middle. I then chose to work with colored pencil and fill the rest of the page with colors. I used a brown color in the middle to go along with the eye theme, but then I decided to make the entry more intricate and drew squiggly lines in the next circle, followed by a complex kaleidoscope pattern. I wanted to progressively return the patterns back to a simpler and calmer design, and ended up with a yellow star near the outer edge, almost looking as if it is the setting in which the eye had been mounted, like a stone in a ring. For me, this gave the Mandala a very stable feeling, I feel as though without it, the image may begin to swirl. I also chose to set the Mandala into a softly swirling background. Understanding Of Free Will And God 's Omniscience Great Theologian Paper Consolations of Philosophy Prompt: Analyze Boethius's understanding of free will and God's omniscience as found in the Consolation of Philosophy. (4–6 Pages) The idea of human will has taken over Christians for centuries. Boethius the theologian offers two different ideas in the book Consolations of Philosophy, the understanding of divine foreknowledge and free will. Boethius explains " There seems to be a hopeless conflict between divine foreknowledge of all things and freedom of human will. For if God sees everything in advance and cannot be deceived in any way, whatever his providence foresees will happen, must happen. Therefor, if God foreknows eternally not only all the acts of men, but also their plans and wishes, there cannot be freedom of will, nothing whatever can be done or even desired without its being known beforehand by the infallible Providence of God." (Baird, Philosophic Classics, Consolations of Philosophy 126.) Others have concluded that omniscience and human free will are exclusive. All actions are known by God beforehand. Boethius however, refuses to accept that conclusion. He believes that freewill absolutely is essential to moral activity and responsibility. "There is a freewill...and no rational nature can exist which does not have it. For any being, which by its nature has the use of reason, must also have the power of judgment by which it can make decision and, by its own resources, distinguish between things which should be ... • 31. A Doll 's House By Henrik Ibsen n A Doll's House, Henrik Ibsen examines conventional roles of men and women in the nineteenth century. In the play, Nora exemplifies the conventional feminine standard of the period. She seems to be powerless and confines herself through patriarchal expectations, which signify a woman's social role at that tome, that is, of a wife and mother. In turn, masculine perspective measures feminine conduct during that period. Finally, Nora makes a decision to break up with her family in order to become independent. She does this aslo in order to gain and assert her personality through social identity. However, her deed is rather a manifestation of her selfishness than her rebellious spirit. It means that none of the gender parties in this play can be considered as completely just or unjust. So, the paper considers various manifestations of justice and injustice in the relationships between the main characters and considers the social background of their decisions and deeds. The protagonist of A Doll's House is a woman named Nora Helmer. Ibsen shows how Nora's design of perfect life gradually transforms when her secret unravels. Promotion of Nora's husband to a bank manager in the town bank makes her convinced that she will live a worry free and careless life ahead. • 33. St. Augustine 's Confessions Essay When a Catholic thinks of sin, the following questions come to his or her mind: Are my actions morally right? Am I disobeying God? Defying God's rule is a sin, and seeking forgiveness is pivotal, mainly because it shows that one is aware that he or she has committed a sin, and therefore, he or she must seek redemption. For example, consider the following seven deadly sins: pride, envy, gluttony, lust, anger, greed, and sloth ("The Seven Deadly Sins," 1). In Saint Augustine's Confessions, readers get the chance to learn about sin through Saint Augustine's experiences of sin confrontations and temptations. For instance, in Confessions, the pear tree is depicted as a sin, a symbol of pleasure–Saint Augustine's original sin. How so? Well, stealing the pears with his friends is Saint Augustine's first memory of sinning. Saint Augustine sees a parallel connection between the pear tree and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil–the original sin. In this paper, the idea of sin in Saint Augustine's story of the pear will be applied to Chaucer's "Pardoner's Prologue and Tale." Many of us have a vague notion that we come from immigrants to America who were fleeing a famine in Ireland or war in Europe or Central America, or political persecution in other parts of the world. Still others know that they had family members from another part of the globe who came to America to search for a better life, full of more promising opportunity. Whatever the case, people are drawn to learn more. Starting out to do research on your family tree can seem a bit daunting, if not overwhelming. But there are some simple steps to follow that will get you started. First, start by understanding that most family tree research projects are very long term endeavors. These histories can go back hundreds of years and trace across wide swaths of the globe. And, the path of the research is often not linear; you will likely start and stop and start again on the same line of inquiry over and over as new information becomes available. The best place to start is typically the easiest. There is already quite a bit of long–standing family history embedded in the memories and stories held by your living relatives. • 39. Analysis: The Ad Hoc On Demand Distance Vector The Ad hoc On Demand Distance Vector (AODV) routing algorithm is a routing protocol designed for ad hoc mobile networks. AODV is capable of both unicast and multicast routing. It is an on demand algorithm, meaning that it builds routes between nodes only as desired by source nodes. It maintains these routes as long as they are needed by the sources. Additionally, AODV forms trees which connect multicast group members. The trees are composed of the group members and the nodes needed to connect the members. AODV uses sequence numbers to ensure the freshness of routes. It is loop–free, self–starting, and scales to large numbers of mobile nodes. AODV builds routes using a route request / route reply query cycle. When a source node desires a ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... As long as the route remains active, it will continue to be maintained. A route is considered active as long as there are data packets periodically travelling from the source to the destination along that path. Once the source stops sending data packets, the links will time out and eventually be deleted from the intermediate node routing tables. If a link break occurs while the route is active, the node upstream of the break propagates a route error (RERR) message to the source node to inform it of the now unreachable destination(s). After receiving the RERR, if the source node still desires the route, it can reinitiate route discovery. Multicast routes are set up in a similar manner. A node wishing to join a multicast group broadcasts a RREQ with the destination IP address set to that of the multicast group and with the 'J'(join) flag set to indicate that it would like to join the group. Any node receiving this RREQ that is a member of the multicast tree that has a fresh enough sequence number for the multicast group may send a RREP. As the RREPs propagate back to the source, the nodes forwarding the message set up pointers in their multicast route tables. As the source node receives the RREPs, it keeps track of the route with the freshest sequence number, and beyond that the smallest hop count to the next multicast group member. In this paper, I write about my approach to the problem of evil and why bad things happen to good people. This paper responds to the problem of evil in five ways. First we perceive God as an evil God, and we define the nature of evil. Free will, natural evil and life values are also seen as a resolution to the problem of evil. As an imperfect human, we will not be able to understand God's purpose to certain things that happen and should find no surprise as to why bad things happen to good people and the existence of evil. According to Zapotoczny (2013), "families, groups, and clans that have taught their members how to effectively interact in society have produced less evil." Zapotoczny (2013) has a good point in that perhaps the problem with evil in the world is a direct reflection of our upbringing. As in our studies, I go back and review chapter 3 in that both Hinduism and Buddhism believe that with good behavior, positive "karma" is brought out and reflects on a person's success in life. This in turn comes back to the idea that the problem with evil comes from the learning values that were passed by your family. The solution to the problem of evil depends on each individual person, their passion and their desire. The Bible states in Proverbs 22:6, "Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it." Test of Faith Most people have abandoned their faith because of the problem of evil. Evil is said to be greatest test of faith, especially during time of suffering. However, the way to correct things is not to go back to how things were, but to instead transform into a new kind of people. We need to make progress, and choose to make that progress. He feels that we need to stop the impersonalizing. Rousseau also believes that the role of intellect is played off by the instincts of a person. In the beginning, humans were not rational. They thought in the particulars of life. They saw a tree and thought of it as a tree. They didn’t see a tree and think, “This is my tree.'; Through instincts, a human would go and kill an animal to eat, not order from a drive through. They took care of things themselves. Intellect in this sense would tell a person to go and eat. It would also have the program in its brain to know how to hunt and fish. The ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

In here we review the models and methods which have been proposed in assisting the planners in finding the train routes. The problem of routing trains involves allocating the track capacity of the network. In here we take a look into train dispatching, train tabling, train routing, and train plat forming routing problems and discuss track allocation from a strategic, tactical, and operational level. Introduction The railway industry possesses a variety of rolling stock routing problems that can be modelled and solved using Operations Research techniques. Such problems exist in several forms, depend on the underlying railway network, and arise at different levels in the planning process for a railway company. Allocating the track capacity of a railway network over time in a conflict free manner can be considered, roughly speaking, the basic objective of any rolling stock routing problem. The aim of this paper is to provide a broad overview of the models and methods proposed in the literature to solve all variants of rolling stock routing problems. Special emphasis is given to the more recent work on the difficult problem of routing trains through complex junctions/stations. We are here to highlight various approaches that exist and a much broader look on optimization methods for such problems. To set the context we begin by providing an overview of ... Compare The Yellow Wallpaper And A Doll's House Both the 1892 short story, The Yellow Wallpaper by Charlotte Perkins Stetson and the 1879 Norwegian play A Dolls House by Henrik Ibsen, explore how the female protagonists are products of and are influenced by the harsh social conventions and expectations of their time. Both protagonists are constrained by the patriarchal society and the expectations of the wife of the late 1800s. Stenson challenges the audience's response through the use of literary techniques including symbolism, to enhance the submission of the unnamed female narrator dealing with nervous depression. Conversely, Ibsen, through the use of theatrical techniques predominately stage directions and dramatic irony, provokes audiences to discuss Nora's abandonment of her marriage and children. Both, Ibsen and Stenson use the physical setting of a house in addition to domestic symbols, to enhance the female protagonist's domestic limitations inside marriage. A Doll's House is set within the living room of the Helmer residence whereas The Yellow Wallpaper is set in foreign environment to the narrator; a summer rental. Nora is only shown in the living room of the Helmer residence whereas Stenson's narrator is only allowed within the gardens and the 'atrocious' nursery with barred windows. Thus, by the restrictive setting, both authors are reflecting the physical limitations of the female protagonists in regard to the patriarchal society. • 53. The Hebrew Bible 's Allure And Perseverance The Hebrew Bible's allure and perseverance is due in part to the numerous gaps contained within the text; in these gaps, the characters' motivations and emotions are left unclear. One such gap is God's motivation behind his response to Adam and Eve eating the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Despite God telling Adam that he will die if he eats the fruits of the tree of knowledge of good and evil (King James Version, Gen. 2.17), eating the fruit did not cause Adam and Eve to die; instead, God allowed them to live and cast them out of the garden of Eden (Gen. 3; 24). Why then did God tell Adam that he will die if he consumes the fruit from that tree if the fruit really doesn't cause death? This gap between what God says versus what he does allows religious scholars to argue various interpretations of the reasons behind God's apparent deception of Adam. Included in the paper is a discussion and analysis of two interpretations of God's motivations behind deceiving Adam: the first interpretation shows that God is indeed being truthful and that Adam and Eve will eventually die as a result of eating the fruits from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, and the second interpretation depicts God's deception as a test of Adam and Eve's obedience. Also included in the essay is my personal opinion of which interpretation is the best along with reasons behind my choice. That is why it is so crucial to explore alternative products to promote a more sustainable world. Hemp has the ability to maintain ecological processes, functions, and biodiversity in the future, which current processes cannot manage. One of the major benefits of hemp farming is that the hemp plant grows in a short period of time. A plant can mature in 70–90 days, producing a very large bulk of plant material. The plant is highly resistant to most insects and diseases, which largely eliminates the need for pesticides and herbicides. The plant is a natural weed suppressor. By producing its own shade the plant shades out weeds, leaving the fields weed–free at harvest. The tall stalks drop its leaves creating a self– mulching eco–system (Hemp Facts, n.d). In contrast, logging is a major cause of global deforestation. Additional consequences of deforestation include killing of animals and plants, wiping out species, and polluting the environment. Each member of the Genovus leadership is working to propel the company into existence while holding other jobs to pay basic life expenses. There is a small budget for information technology tools such as email, calendar, and videoconference. The Genovus leadership team needs to decide what information technology options will streamline and simplify the work for the four–person business. This paper reviews two decision making tools, mind mapping and decision tree analysis, and how these two tools may help the Genovus leadership team determine the toolsets needed at this time. Mind mapping is a brainstorming tool. It enables the tool user to engage with concepts in at a deeper level, thereby encouraging longer lasting learning about a topic (Davies, 2011). When concepts are complex, the mind mapping process allows linking like concepts together in a nonlinear model, assisting the user in uncovering dependencies between concepts. Additionally, the visualization of data facilitates the user's ability to quickly think through multiple ideas spontaneously (Davies, 2011). The process of mind mapping increases the quantity and quality of the ideas, while facilitating critical thinking (Luh, Ma, Hsieh, & Huang, 2012). The proposed concept aims to guide Tree–bot in climbing along an optimal path by the use of micro controller, minimal sensing resources and servo grippers. Inspired by inchworms, the concept reconstructs the shape of a tree simply by the use of tactile sensors. It reveals how the realization of an environment can be achieved with limited tactile information. An efficient motion planning strategy is also proposed to make Tree–bot climb on an optimal path. This is accomplished by the prediction of the future shape of the tree. There are many requirements for motion in vertical direction. Climbing is one of the means for accessing these matters. Key words: Continuum, Tilt, Tactile, Semi–passive I INTRODUCTION Nowadays, there are many activities that require access in the vertical direction. Climbing is one of the mean for accessing these matters. Whether indoors or outdoors operating environment will be reflected in the climbing robot's design and ability to withstand different condition such as maintenance work for tower, pick the fruit, industrial solutions and many more. There is no fixed time of trimming but whenever you feel the need, call up professionals for help. Specialized companies all across the globe offer professional tree trimming services. In fact, no one likes to cut or trim a fully grown, beautiful palm tree. But then, it becomes necessary most of the times. If the tree is overgrown, it may impede the appearance of your lawn. It can also intervene with the utility lines. The roots of the palm tree may get through the main foundation and the very structure of your home. Thus, there are number of reasons for taking palm tree removal and palm tree trimming services. Before you trim the palm tree, various factors need to be considered. To let the trees grow in a healthy manner, trimming is essential. The kind of tree you are trimming, the condition of the tree matters when you are undertaking tree trimming. There is no particular season for tree pruning and this activity may be taken anytime you feel the need. Do you really need the tree trimming and removal? When you consider tree trimming, you need to take into account whether the pruning is at all required or not. It states that if there was a God with those qualities, then he would know about evil, have the power to stop evil, and because he is good, he would stop evil. If God exists, then he is omniscient, omnipotent, and perfectly good. If God were omniscient, omnipotent, and perfectly good, then the world would not contain evil. The world contains evil. Therefore, it is not the case that God exists. In this paper, I would like to explore several responses to this argument, the nature of evil, and to explain why some evils might be a necessity. There are two types of evil mentioned, moral evil and natural evil. Moral evil is defined as actions of a person or group, such as theft, murder, manipulation, etc. Natural evil is defined as actions, which are uncontrollable and caused by nature, such as diseases, earthquakes, and hurricanes. Further clarification must be made to define an evil act. For example, if someone were becoming intimate with many people, they could receive a disease. Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The ends of each log are trimmed to ensure they are straight and cut into boards. Large circular saws are then used to further process the boards, removing the curved edges. Each processed piece of wood should then look like a piece of clean and smooth board. Stage four of the process is then the seasoning. This is when you must remove any excess water or moisture contents. When a tree is felled, it still contains a large proportion of water/moisture – usually between forty to fifty per cent water content. Water can be held inside a tree in two distinctive ways: Free water. This is when water is held in the vessels and cells in order to distribute nutrients inside the tree. The other solution is cell water. Is also known as bound water and it is essential part of the tree's cell walls. During the seasoning process, a tree loses its free water and a high proportion of its cell water and as a result, is less likely to warp or deform. Wood that has not been seasoned and still has high water content is called 'green wood' and can be more difficult to work with because it has a tendency to change shape. The last stage of the process is getting it and preparing for the market. After turning trees into timber through sawmilling that I mentioned in stage three the market value therefore can be increased through manufacturing sawn timber products. This part is called ...
