Editor's Notes
Our Kiosk machine will handle everything from memberenrollment to deciding on which program would best suite their physical needs. Members will be able to pay in every currency for their membership fees. We have decided to go with this type of machine because it would cut down on paperwork and confusion. The goal is an in and out experience because we know how busy our members are.
We will be ordering Toshiba Laptops for our employees to use and there will be a central desktop computer to run the Netgear which will also link the computers together within and outside the main facility.
Prosafe smart wireless Control server is what we have decided to go with and handles mid to large size companies. This will allow guest user support and all the advance wireless services that we may need.
The Micros machine that has been elected to go into our café will contain all info for the café. All menu items will be listed and every option for payment will be given. It will also handle keeping track of the café employee’s hours by allowing them to clock in and out through this machine. Once the order is taken, the server enters it into the micros machine and once the whole order is entered, it will print out in the kitchen for the cooks to see. It’s that simple.
Now you are wondering how much. Well for all fitness centers to be equipped with this technology, we are looking at an investment of $67, 200.00.
The JC fitness centers goal is to make fitness easy, fun, and quick and we believe with the technology we have come up with to incorporate into the centers, we will accomplish our goals.
