In summary, it shows that both the Linqsheet RCS400 and WS300 are comparable to the current industry standard materials in terms of both cleaning and conditioning of the epoxy molds. However, both materials are a slightly higher in viscosity. This is not a problem for most epoxy molds with standard cavity sizes, but molds that have very small cavities may need a little more process work to perfectly optimized.

viscous than the current material.
This results in incomplete filling of package
cavities.
The WS300 conditioner shears when being
