2. Option 1 – In The School RSR
Studio
– This location is free.
– It is quiet.
– Since all are actors will be students from this school, it will be easier to get them
all to a studio at the school rather than a studio further away.
– We will be able to do this advertisement quicker since the aspect of travel is
taken out of the equation.
– To use this studio we will need the permission of the school.
– It is based in Ringwood School, Ringwood.
3. Option 2 – Basement Studios
– Costs up to £29 per hour.
– Studio is used by professional companies since the team there are experts and will have
training in what they are doing.
– For bigger prices you can also add in instruments and they will mix and master your recordings
for you for a additional price so it will sound more professional.
– This location will mean a more professional and crisp recording compared to the school
studio.
– The Studio is based in Wimborne, this means we will have to get the actors there and back
and majority of them are to young to drive so it is up to us to get them there/sort out travel.

5. RSR Studio
Risk. Risk rating. What is the risk? How we will overcome it.
Tripping over wires and boxes. 4/5 (likely) There is a lot of wires on by the
desk and boxes are scatter in the
floor creating a hazardous
environment, increasing the
probability of falling over.
We will move the boxes out of the
way and make sure they also
aren’t stacked to high and fall on
top of someone. The wires will be
pushed back or tapped down so
no one can trip.
Fire 2/5 (unlikely) Lots of wires are plugged in and
intertwining with each other. This
increases the chances of a fire
since if the plug is overloaded it
will over heat and start a fire.
We will ensure we don’t plug in
too many electrical devices to
avoid over heating the equipment.
Loose ceiling tile 1/5 (very unlikely) The tile is loose in the ceiling and
risks falling on to someone's head.
It isn’t exactly above where
someone can sit so it is less likely
going to fall on someone.
We can place the wires through
the tile (in a small hole) rather
than place the tile half on its
supporting frames.
6. Basement Studio
Risk. Risk rating. What is the risk? How we will overcome it.
Tripping over wires and
equipment
4/5 (likely) Basement studios is a professional
studio so it is full of wires and big
equipment, increasing the risk of
falling over or tripping.
We will ensure all wires are taped
down, covered or out of the way
and make sure everyone is aware
of their surroundings and don’t
fall over equipment.
Loud music 4/5 (likely) There are speakers everywhere
and if one is turned up to loud it
can damage the voice-actors and
staffs hearing.
Make sure the speakers volume is
turned down low and not too loud
for anyone.
