Risk/Hazard Control/safety method
Poor lighting/ visibility-
the differences in the
weather, changed the
lighting of the shots and
therefore some of our
footage had poor
visibility.
We controlled this hazard/risk by making sure
we filmed our short film footage by a certain
time and mostly from the same angles of the
park, so the lighting wasn’t too different. As well
as this, if any of the footage was different
lighting, we could just edit the lighting, to make it
the same.
Working on or by
roads/traffic/car parks-
most of our filming at
the parks, was by car
parks, roads and traffic.
We controlled this hazard/risk by making sure
we didn’t film right by the side of the road, as
that would have put all of our safety at risk. Also,
we just filmed inside the car, meaning we
weren’t near any other cars. Also, when we
filmed outside the car, in the car park of the
park, we stopped filming as soon as any cars
came into the car park, as not only would they
put us at risk, they would also effect our filming
and sound recording.
Scenery/props/items
difficult to carry. grasp-
the scenery of our
footage in the park we
filmed in was very
specific.
We controlled this hazard, because our scenery
for the footage for our park scenes were very
specific, we couldn’t have any other people in
the shot and we also couldn’t have any other
unwanted sound or cars in shots. As a result of
this, if there was any unwanted sound we would
stop recording and start again, and also we
chose a quiet park to film in, so there wasn’t
many people around, and so we didn’t have to
