38. How can we expect people to learn if theythink they knowenoughalready?
Today I’m going to talk about why we at PROfiler believe that skills assessment and the information it provides is essential:To deliver targeted, efficient learning to those in needMake people aware of their knowledge levels (which inevitabily is usually lower than they think!)Justify investing in L&D projectsI’m going to keep this fairly generic, but obviously I’m going to refer to PROfiler, the IITT award shortlisted solution for Perf Support, TNA, Talent Management A bit!
