a homeless walked around for hours and hours asking rich and middle class people for any spare
change. Everyone ignored him and kept walking until another actual homeless person arrived and
supported him by giving fake homeless person some money. Then the fake homeless person gave
the real homeless person $100 and he thanked him for his support.

Situation
The New York Times, as well as every other newspaper and magazine around the world, is
struggling to find the best way to transition from traditional print to the digital space while still
maintaining a profitable business. The current solution for the largest local metropolitan newspaper
in the United States is a paywall, which requires readers of online content to pay for a digital
subscription in order to have access to the site after a fixed monthly allowance of 20 articles.
However, this pay metered method has been tried by the most popular American newspaper website

Paywalls can also increase print subscriptions. For example, some newspapers have offered
subscription prices that provide digital–only access for the same or lower than for digital and print in
order to increase online revenues, print circulation and thus print ad revenue.
Opportunity is the key word for the newspaper industry right now. According to experts, neither
digital advertisement revenues nor paywall subscriptions are the answer. Innovation needs to be

Geraldine Maffett Harmsworth was born in 1838 and died in 1925. Lord Northcliffe was born in
Chapelizod near Dublin, on 15th July, and died on August 14th, 1865. He was the owner of the

influence over British popular opinion. Lord Beaverbrok said he was "the greatest figure who ever

When we began our class in the Changemaker Hub, I had no idea what to expect. The tree exercise
proved to me that change making cannot occur instantly, but forms after much planning and

The first black newspaper was the Freedom's Journal Newspaper. It was founded by John Russwurm
and Samuel Cornish. This historic paper was founded in New York City, New York. These 2 were
born free from slavery. This newspaper's premier issue was put out on March 30, 1827. The words
"righteousness exalteth a nation" were on the front of the newspaper. This newspaper is and was a
great accomplishment for the black nation of people. Black people were still in channel slavery in
some places during this time. This newspaper had at least 800 subscribers, which is very good

There is also the people that believe they are disrespecting the flag and the people in the United
States military, and they should be forced to stand up. In my opinion I believe that these players are
just expressing the rights that the US Constitution gives them, and if they are forced to stand then
they are going to have to give up these rights. The President has not treated this situation in a proper
manner, because this protest has been going on for about two years and he brought it up randomly
just to spark some type of controversy. In an interview Donald Trump called the NFL players that
are taking a knee "sons of b*tches", which isn't how the president should be treating the citizens that
live in his country. I feel that President Trump shouldn't be so focused on this little topic when there
are bigger things that he should be worried about like North Korea is trying to start a nuclear war.
Topics like these are being reported by news sources across the nation, so they are being interpreted

Persuasive Essay : The Need For The Homeless People
Many homeless people ask for food, spare change mostly at every corner, these people can last days
and nights without eating, not only that, but they are willing to dig into the trash to find any sort of
food, they will find any faucet in the streets and alleys just to drink tap water. These people need
help and my group and I are asking for donations, so that we can donate the items needed for the
homeless, for instance, during winter we'll need blankets, beanies, socks, cup noodles and other
snacks. In the summer, we will need bottled waters, soups, other snacks and socks. People might ask
why socks in summer and winter, we ask for socks because it's the most important item they need
such as water; anyhow, we need socks because they walk many miles a day so they can find food,
they need to take care of their feet from the blisters, and the cold of the winter. According to New
York Times, they state in the article "They lean unsteadily on canes and walkers, or roll along the
sidewalks of Skid Row here in beat–up wheelchairs, past soiled sleeping bags, swaying tents and
piles of garbage." While the homeless body is getting weaker and weaker, they find any type of
materials just so they can create canes or any kind of item so they can continue to look for food,
homeless people will also find beat–up wheelchairs; in addition, to keep warm the homeless find
ripped blankets and sleeping bags if they're lucky because most of the homeless rely on newspapers
to cover themselves.
