FADE IN:
SCENE 1: INT.LOCATION#1 AMANDA AND SIMON’S HOUSE-MORNING
The sun is rising just above the house opposite as Amanda
and Simon’s day begins. With both of them rising from their
bed and getting ready for a long day and week at work, the
setting is very quiet and peaceful. They both meet
downstairs as Simon is having breakfast whilst Amanda is
trying to find her house and car keys. Simon a man in his
late 40s, dressed smart drinking a cup of coffee. Amanda a
woman early 40s dressed in a suit is looking for her house
keys.
SIMON
Morning darling
AMANDA (STRESSED)
Good morning
Both Kiss
SIMON
What’s wrong?
AMANDA
I can’t find my bloody keys
SIMON
I’m sure they’re here somewhere, we’ll
look together
Simon begins looking through the cupboards and fruit bowl
but can’t seem to find them
AMANDA
I’ll just have to look when I get home.
SIMON
Well I doubt anyone’s taken them, you were
probably the last one to have them.

AMANDA
Right whatever, I’ll see you in a few days
then, hope it all goes well.
SIMON
Here you go borrow mine till I get back
alright, I’ll see you soon.
They hug and Amanda walks out of the door.
SCENE 2: EXT.LOCATION#2 AMANDA OUTSIDE OF HER HOUSE GETTING
INTO HER CAR-MORNING
FADE OUT:
SCENE 3: EXT. AMANDA ARRIVES AT WORK AND IS GETTING ALL OF
HER THINGS OUT OF THE CAR READY TO GO INTO WORK.-MORNING
With the temperature below 0 degrees, Amanda is having,
Amanda wraps her long thick scarf around her neck and puts
on her gloves. She rubs her hands together and along her
arms to try and warm up getting her bearings. As she is
getting out of her car her phone rings, she’s stressed
enough as it is, but struggles to find her phone among the
other things in her bag.
Phone rings
AMANDA (STRESSED)
Hello? Hello?
Phone cuts off
AMANDA (ANGRY)
For god’s sake.
FADE OUT:
SCENE 4: INT. LOCATION#3 AMANDA COOKING DINNER WITH A GLASS
OF WINE ALONE IN THE HOUSE. - EVENING
Amanda is home on her own as her husband Simon is currently
away on business. As she’s alone she has the music turned
up whilst she is cooking dinner, relatively relaxed after a
long day at work.

Phone rings
AMANDA
Hello? Hello? Is anyone there?
Phone cuts off
Amanda walks away confused as this was the second time
today that the phone had been ringing with no one on the
other end. As she is walking away the phone rings again.
Phone rings
AMANDA (STRESSED AND ANGRY)
What do you want? Can you just leave me
alone?
SIMON
It’s me, Simon.
AMANDA
Oh sorry, I didn’t realise.
SIMON
Why, what’s happened?
AMANDA
Nothing, don’t worry about it.
The microwave pings as her dinner is ready.
AMANDA
I’ve got to go my dinners ready, I’ll
call you later.
Amanda hangs up the phone and the scene switches.
SCENE 5: INT. LOCATION#4 AMANDA IS WAKING UP THE NEXT
MORNING AND IS DOING HER USUAL MORNING ROUTINE.-MORNING
Amanda is getting ready for work, getting dressed, making
her room up and having her breakfast. As she looks out of
the bedroom window she sees a figure standing by her car, a
man dressed in black with a white mask.

AMANDA (SHOCKED SHE SAYS THIS
OUTLOUD BUT UNINTENTIONALLY.)
Who is that?
Amanda then runs downstairs, opens the front door and
rushes towards her car to confront the person, but they’ve
disappeared.
SCENE 6: EXT. LOCATION#5 AMANDA IS GETTING OUT OF HER CAR
AND GETTING HER THINGS READY TO WALK INTO WORK.-MORNING
As she is getting her things out of the boot of the car and
she closes the boot she sees in the reflection of the
window the same masked man, however as she turns around the
man’s disappeared again.
AMANDA (HEAVY BREATHING, SHE AGAIN
UNITENTIALLY SPEAKS ALOUD)
Oh my god, not again.
Amanda then goes to look for the masked man nearby where
she saw him, however can’t find him.
SCENE 7: EXT. LOCTION#6 AMANDA IS DRIVING HOME, VERY
RECKLOUSLY. - EVENING
Amanda has entered the car trembling and started the engine
at the 3rd attempt. As she is driving home, cars are beeping
due to her poor driving as she is very stressed. As she
pulls up at her house she looks in her mirror and can see a
car pull up a few cars behind her. At this point Amanda is
very paranoid and thinks the car behind is following her.
At this point Amanda’s stressed state is not allowing her
to think properly, therefore she gets out of her car and
approaches the car she saw pull up behind her.
Smacking the window of the car door
AMANDA (ANGRY/SHOUTING)
What do you want with me? Just leave me
alone.
However she doesn’t realise that there’s no one actually in
the car as she is shouting at no one. This is because
Amanda is having an illusion on believing that there is
someone in the car .As Amanda begins to see that no one is
in the car she looks around and can see all her neighbors
looking at her. When she realises she rushes into her house

and runs around the house closing all the curtains, with
that being the last we see of her until the morning.
SCENE 8INT. LOCATION#7 IN HER BED AND JUST WOKEN UP, SHE IS
GETTING READ FOR ANOTHER DAY AT WORK. - MORNING
Amanda is currently getting ready for work and begins
opening all the curtains, each curtain is with the
anticipation of seeing someone across the road. As she
reaches the final downstairs curtain in the kitchen she
opens it and up close to the screen is the masked man. He
then makes a movement towards the door, in which Amanda
suddenly grabs a knife and stands behind the door. The door
opens then Amanda launches herself at the person opening
the door, little did she know it was her husband.
SCENE 9 INT. LOCATION#8 IN THE LOUNGE AREA BY THE FRONT
DOOR. - MORNING
Amanda is shivering and cold with goosebumps as she has
just realised what she has does. The camera pans and shows
her husband lying there in a pool of blood. In which the
camera switches to the view of a scared Amanda and behind
her stands this masked man that has been following her.
