The document is a screenplay that follows a group of friends who decide to start robbing houses for money. In the beginning, they carefully plan and execute their first robbery of multiple houses, taking only small amounts from each. They have success with their plan. Over the next few months, they continue robbing houses. Eventually, two of the friends want to quit, so they plan one final large job robbing six houses each to go out with a lot of money.

2. SCENE 1: EXT. ROAD - NIGHT
The Scene opens with a car parked up with the driver’s window
down, the camera creeps closer to the car and then we see
that there are 4 people in this small car
INT. INSIDE CAR - NIGHT
Camera moves into the car, JAMES is the driver with JAMIE sat
in the passenger then SAMUEL, JOSHUA, and BRADLEY sat in the
back
JAMIE
Right okay, this is the meeting
point
SAMUEL
How far?
JAMIE
Just round the corner, not that far
JOSHUA
Good because I'm not running again
JAMES
Don't try steal someone's phone
then
JAMIE
Just remember this place alright?
EXT. ROAD - NIGHT
The car drives down the street towards the houses
JOSHUA
That is a nice house
JAMIE
That's why we aren't going there
The car drives on some more then stops in a dark area
JAMES
They're all around here

3. 2.
INT. INSIDE CAR - NIGHT
JAMIE turns around to get recognition for what he said and
sees BRADLEY asleep in the backseat
JAMES
Are you taking the piss?
SAMUEL
What?
JAMIE
He's fallen asleep again
SAMUEL
Wake him up then
JOSHUA hits BRADLEY on the leg and he springs to life
BRADLEY
Huh?
JAMIE
Do you remember the meeting point?
BRADLEY
Oh, are we already here?
SAMUEL
Someone needs to keep an eye on him
at all times
EXT. ROAD - NIGHT
They all get out of the car and put on gloves, then they all
put something over their face's and then they all tap the top
of the car with their hand and walk off
JAMIE
10 minutes
JOSHUA
Same as always
SCENE 2:INT. LIVING ROOM – DAY
The same group of friends are in a living room playing Xbox
and talking.
JAMIE
What’s the problem then?

SAMUEL
I just don’t have the money
JOSHUA
Wait, sorry what don’t you have the
money for?
SAMUEL
A car
JOSHUA
I think we all need money really
BRADLEY
Yeah my job barley even pays me
JAMIE
Let’s just rob a bank then
SAMUEL
(Sarcastic)
laugh Yea that’s not a bad idea
JAMES
Yeah, like we could rob a bank
JAMIE
Can’t be that hard, people do it
all the time
JOSHUA
People also go to prison for it
BRADLEY
Just don’t rob a bank then
JAMIE
What do you mean?
SAMUEL
Bradley mate, we are joking you
know
BRADLEY
I’m just saying rob something
smaller and you’ll probably get
away with it
JOSHUA
You’ve watched way too many films

5. 4.
JAMIE
When you say something smaller what
do you mean like a shop or
something?
SAMUEL
Or a house?
BRADLEY
Yea a house I guess
JAMIE
That’s not a bad idea
JAMES
Yeah but I think we’d still get
caught
SAMUEL
Not if we did it right
JOSHUA
And how do we do it right?
JAMIE
Just plan, like a lot.
INT. HOUSE – DAY
JAMIE and JAMES start walking through the house
JAMES
This probably won’t end well
JAMIE
It should be fine
JAMES
I mean it’s not a good idea though
JAMIE
It’s a good way to get money
JAMES
Yea but not if we get caught
JAMIE
We won’t
SCENE 3:INT. LIVING ROOM – DAY

6. 5.
A few days has passed since the last scene, it’s just BRADLEY
and JAMES in the living room, there’s a table in the middle
of the room. JAMIE, SAMUEL and JOSHUA then walk in holding
paper and pens.
JAMIE (CONT’D)
Right let’s get to it
JOSHUA
How bad of a crime is this?
SAMUEL
Pretty bad I’m not gunna lie
JAMES
Okay, so we are actually doing
this?
JAMIE
Well hopefully with your plan it
will work out
JOSHUA
Alright, let’s hear it
SAMUEL
We need a pretty good idea of what
we are doing
JOSHUA
Yea we really don’t want to get
caught
JAMES
Well I think it’s stupid but I’ve
got an idea
BRADLEY
What’s your plan then?
JAMES
Okay so we rob multiple houses in a
night but only take a little form
each house.
JOSHUA
So high risk low reward?
JAMES
Yes
JOSHUA
What’s the point, we might as well
go all out.

7. 6.
JAMES
If we think it through enough and
make sure nothing can go wrong it
will work out better
JAMIE
But why only take a little?
JAMES
Well are you planning on getting
caught?
JAMIE
Obviously not
JAMES
Exactly, that means that we can
take a little so that it’s not
obvious theft, everyone loses money
SAMUEL
So it basically doesn’t look like
anyone was ever there
JAMES
Yeah
SAMUEL
That could work
JAMIE
I mean yea but it’s not gunna get
us a lot of money
JAMES
That’s why we do them fast and
through the night, get like 10
houses a night
JAMIE
Right well that’s not gunna be easy
SAMUEL
It’s the best idea we’ve got so
write it down
SCENE 4:INT. HOUSE HALL WAY – NIGHT
All characters are getting ready to leave putting on hoodies
and gloves. As they all get ready JAMIE walks around the
corner with a piece of paper with a lot of writing. He walks
past everyone and opens the front door.

JAMIE
Everyone ready?
SAMUEL
Yep
JAMES
Let’s go
JOSHUA
Where did Bradley go?
The toilet flushes upstairs and then a few seconds later
Bradley walks down the stairs while everyone looks at him.
BRADLEY
We off then?
JAMIE
Yea c’mon
INT. INSIDE CAR – NIGHT
As they drive around the three in the back seats are looking
over the paper, Bradley is sat is the middle with it across
his lap
BRADLEY
So which house are we going to
first?
JAMIE
We looked around here the other
week and it looks like a lot of
people leave there back doors open,
we could be wrong but it’s worth a
try
SAMUEL
How many houses are we getting
tonight?
JAMES
Well we might as well start off
small then as we get better we can
do more
JOSHUA
You really have thought about this
a lot haven’t you?
JAMES
Yea, I did

9. 8.
JAMIE
Right these are the houses we
scouted
SAMUEL
Nice, they will definitely have
some money for us
JAMES
Okay so this is important, this is
the meeting point. If we don’t all
make it back to the car in the time
we will all meet here
JAMIE
If there is only 1 person back at
the car run to the meet point, if
there are a few of us back at the
car drive it over
JOSHUA
Okay I mean only James can drive so
make sure you're back
JAMES
I'll try my best
SCENE 5:INT. INSIDE CAR – NIGHT
They drive the car to a different part of the neighbourhood
then slowly and quietly come to a stop. As they car stops the
lights turn off engine cuts out
JAMIE
Okay get your stuff together
BRADLEY
So which house am I going too?
JAMES
Number 14a (Will change due to
location)
JAMIE
It says on the plan which house you
go too
BRADLEY
Oh yeah
SAMUEL
Let’s go then

10. 9.
EXT. IN THE STREET – NIGHT
The car is parked off centre to a street light, we see
everyone get out of the car
JAMES
15 minutes be back in the car, if
anything goes wrong with your house
go to the meeting point
JAMIE
Alright everyone know what’s going
on
JOSHUA
Yeah
SAMUEL
mumbles
Yea
BRADLEY
Mmmhmm
JAMES
Let’s go
Everyone is geared up and they all tap the roof of the car
and spread out.
JAMIE walks up to a house, looks around for some time then
moves in
JAMES stands across the street from a house looking over at
it, he looks left then right and crosses the road towards the
house
SAMUEL is in someone’s back garden
JOSHUA walks down the side of a house
BRADLEY walks up to a door and turns the handle, it opens and
he takes a step in.
JAMIE goes to the backdoor and sees a key on the other side
of the door, he finds a stick in the garden and gets the key
through a cat flap. He puts the key into the door and slowly
unlocks the door.
JAMES is walking around a house and sees an open window, he
looks through and sees nothing so proceeds to climb through
the window.

11. 10.
INT. GARAGE – NIGHT
SAMUEL goes inside an unlocked garage, looks around for a
while and doesn’t find anything.
EXT. FRONT GARDEN OF HOUSE – NIGHT
JOSHUA walks around the house and tries to open the back
door, it’s locked, he walks to the front and tries it and it
opens. He listens out for a second then starts to walk into
the house.
INT. HOUSE – NIGHT
BRADLEY walks into a kitchen picks up a wallet and takes some
money. He then turns around and walks out quietly.
JAMIE leaves the door unlocked behind him and creeps into the
house he gets down low and looks through another cat flap on
the inner door. He sees a dim light on but no movement or
sound. He gets up and slowly turns the door knob, the door
falls open and he steps inside the kitchen, he looks around
for a bit and sees a handbag hanging under the stairs.
JAMES falls into the house through the window, gets up and
creeps about trying to find money, he finds a little tray
with money hidden underneath it, he takes most but leaves £5.
He then heads over to the back door.
EXT. OUTSIDE GARAGE – NIGHT
SAMUEL walks out of the garage looking angry with alcohol in
his hands. He starts to walk back to the car.
INT. HALLWAY IN HOUSE – NIGHT
JOSHUA walks through the front of the house sees a tray with
wallet and keys he tries to pick up the wallet and the keys
fall off the wallet and make a clatter on the tray. He
quickly takes some money from the wallet and hurries out of
the house.
JOSHUA exits house
EXT. FRONT OF HOUSE – NIGHT
As he closes the door a car starts to pull up onto the drive
way.

12. 11.
He hides in the porch of the house and as the car moves up
the driveway he jumps off the porch into a garden patch, he
backs into the corner and hopes they don’t spot him. The car
door shuts and someone walks towards him, they walk up to the
front door and walk in. JOSHUA waits a second then runs of
the property.
INT. HOUSE - NIGHT
JAMIE approaches the handbag, he looks through it for a
second then lifts a purse out. He takes some money out and
puts the purse back, then he turns around and heads out the
way he came.
EXT. BACK GARDEN – NIGHT
When he gets to the back door he takes the key and locks it
from the outside then puts the key through the cat flap.
EXT. STREET – NIGHT
JAMIE walks away from the house, he then walks down the
street checks the time and starts running to the car. He runs
around a corner back to the car.
JOSHUA
How d’you do?
JAMIE
Not bad
JAMIE shows everyone the money he got
SAMUEL
I couldn’t actually get any money,
I’ve got this though
SAMUEL holds up the alcohol he stole
JAMES
Why just that?
SAMUEL
Only place I could get into was the
garage.
JOSHUA
I nearly got fucking caught
JAMES
What? Really?

13. 12.
JOSHUA
Its fine, they didn’t see me
JAMIE
What happened?
JOSHUA
The front door was unlocked and
when I left a car pulled up
SAMUEL
Good job on not getting caught
BRADLEY walks around the corner towards the car
BRADLEY
Hey guys
JAMIE
Hey, we need to go now
JAMES
You get much?
BRADLEY
Yea, £40
SAMUEL
Nice
Everyone gets into the car and then they drive off.
SCENE 6:INT. INSIDE CAR – NIGHT
JOSHUA
We did it
JAMIE
Wasn’t so bad
JAMES
What next?
SAMUEL
What do you mean?
JAMES
We should keep doing this
JOSHUA
So this wasn’t a onetime thing?

14. 13.
JAMES
Are you happy with the money you
have right now?
JOSHUA
I guess not
JAMIE
The plan was to do this a lot guys
BRADLEY
Suits me, just tell me when
SAMUEL
So how long will we be doing this?
JAMES
I don’t really know
5 months later
SCENE 7:INT. LIVING ROOM – DAY
They whole group is sat around the living room
SAMUEL
Look I just don’t want to do it
JAMIE
Why now though?
SAMUEL
If not now than when? There’s no
good time to do this
BRADLEY
If you stop than I’ll go too
JAMIE
You’re joking?
BRADLEY
Makes it easier if we leave
together
JAMES
Wait, do one more
SAMUEL
What’s the point?

15. 14.
JAMES
If you two are leaving then it
seems to be a perfect time for us
all to quit.
JOSHUA
Yea quit while we’re ahead
JAMIE
Why bother with one more?
JAMES
Let’s go bigger than before, try
and get a load of money to send us
all off
JOSHUA
I’ll do it
JAMIE
Sure
SAMUEL
Fine
JAMES
Brad?
BRADLEY
Yea might as well
JAMES
Okay, I’ll plan it out
SCENE 8:INT. BEDROOM – DAY
JAMES and JAMIE are sat in the bedroom, JAMES on a desk chair
and JAMIE on the edge of the bed. JAMES is busy on the
computer while JAMIE is on his phone.
JAMIE
How much money we talking for this
JAMES
Not too sure, if we get like £200-
300 and some expensive crap per
house, we can take like 5 houses
each maybe
JAMIE
So a lot

16. 15.
JAMES
Hopefully, *pause* actually we’ll
do 6 houses each
JAMIE
Uhh okay
SCENE 9:INT. INSIDE CAR – NIGHT
Everyone is back in the car for the last job. JAMIE and JAMES
are in the front seats with everyone else in the back.
JAMIE
We all good?
SAMUEL
Should be
JAMES
So remember we're taking more than
usual
BRADLEY
We sticking to money?
JAMES
I guess if there's something
expensive then go for it
JOSHUA
Really? Nice
EXT. STREET – NIGHT
The car pulls up in the road next to a park.
JAMES
This is the meeting point
JAMIE
It's close to all the houses
The car pulls away and drives off
JAMES
This is the street, everyone
remember your house?
BRADLEY
Yeah

17. 16.
They all get out of the car in there gear, they tap the roof
and part ways
SCENE 10:EXT. STREET – NIGHT
Everyone walks towards their houses
They all find a way in and start searching
They all exit house and make it back to the car
JAMES
One down
They then do the same thing for the next 4 houses
JAMIE
Okay only one more left
JAMES
Yea so take your time and make sure
you don't get caught
JOSHUA
This is the most money I've ever
seen
BRADLEY
How much have we got?
SAMUEL
Enough I suppose
The car comes to a stop and everyone is sat in silence for a
few seconds.
JAMIE
Aren't we a bit far away?
JAMES
It's not too far
JAMIE looks confused and gets out the car. They all get out
the car
JAMIE
This is the last time we're doin'
this
BRADLEY
It's been fun

18. 17.
SAMUEL and JOSHUA agree with BRADLEY with a nod, they then
all tap the roof of the car and walk off.
Everyone leaves the area but a little while later someone
starts walking towards the car. They unlock the car and open
the boot, all the money they've made is there. The boot
closes and the drivers door opens, JAMES is getting into the
car but before he gets in JAMIE pulls him out of the car.
JAMIE
What the fuck you doing?
JAMES
I, I *pause* What do you want me to
say?
JAMIE
So you were planning to just steal
everything?
JAMES
Look i didn't want to, trust me,
not to you guys
JAMIE
But you've done it anyway, so what
changed?
JAMES
You all wanted to leave me, one
person mentions leaving and you all
ditched
JAMIE
It's not personal, it's just about
time we stop
JAMES
Maybe for you
JAMES headbutts JAMIE and runs for the car again but as he
gets up JAMIE grabs his leg and he falls over.
JAMIE
I'm not just gunna let you do this
JAMES gets up again and JAMIE pushes him against the car and
punches him in the stomach and throws him to the floor, JAMES
stands up and runs for the front seat, he gets in and JAMIE
comes up beside him. He reaches in for JAMES but he kicks him
onto the ground closes and locks the doors.
JAMES
Sorry about this

19. 18.
Before JAMIE can say anything JAMES drives off. And leaves
JAMIE in the middle of the road.
As the car leaves the shot we see JAMIE in the background
stood in the same place.
