    Ice-O-Matic Ice Machines using D&B Products, country reports, and internet sites.
• Managed collection functions for all receivables. Aging size 300-350 customers, $5 to $9 million/month.
    Average DSO 30-34 days, arrearage of 2%-5%.
• Through systematic collection efforts, met all collection goals as defined by Enodis (parent company) by
    successfully building alliances with customers, customer service, sales representatives, manufacturing, and top
    management team and investigated and recommended techniques for offsetting credit risk
• Developed floor-planning finance program for larger customers. Program used as a model with several other
    subsidiary companies. Program prevented loss when one customer filed bankruptcy.
• Kept informed regarding updated economic standing of individual countries since approximately 34% of credit
    portfolio was outside the United States.
•   Used GAAP rules and Credit Principles to direct the flow of paperwork, providing recommended separation of
    responsibilities, and developed credit files reflecting Enodis’ finance/risk/credit policy.
•   Participated in month end and year end accounting functions, and reconciled all accounts related to AR section

•   Completed Mile High AR cash, AP, and payroll forecast out to nine weeks for parent company within 5%
