        Management and financial reporting oversight for sale of one facility and the planning, building and
         relocation into a new facility ($8 million dollar / 55,000 sq. feet project), &extensive contract review.
        Strategic planning and implementation of cost reduction initiatives that range from staff efficiencies, re-
         engineered processes in all finance functions and other operating departments including advertising,
         production, distribution and IT.
        Financial reporting, job costing, inventory tracking ($20.0 million newsprint and other production supplies),
         operational internal control implementation for $6.0 million commercial printing operation.
