                Operations Manager, May 2008 - Current
                   Lead the operations team which serviced the state of Florida and the Caribbean
                   Responsible for aspects of the installation, service, value add, and distribution of Pella
                      Windows and Doors
                   Responsible for Retail Sales Fulfillment process and training with sales representatives
                   Process owner for sales and installation processes following our continuous improvement
                      teams
                   Responsible for ensuring proper margins were being maintained for sales and installation

                   Worked with retail sales team to develop a standard process for ensuring product is ordered
                      accurately and installation expectations are met
                   Played active role in due diligence and execution of our acquisition of the Jacksonville Branch
