a health manner often takes a long time.
Work at your own pace! Just because the girl
on the treadmill next to you is doing 5 minute
miles, doesn’t mean you have to.
Everyone will have different results at different
times. It’s great having a motivational work out
partner, but if one meets their goal before the
other it is perfectly okay, women are graced
with millions of different body types that will
react to working out and eating healthy
differently.
