They are noted for
flaky texture and
buttery taste, similar
to a flattened, round
croissant, with a very
salty taste. They are
often toasted with

Is a sauce or relish made
out of cranberries,
commonly associated
with Thanksgiving dinner
in North America. There
are differences in flavor
depending on the
geography of where the
sauce is made : in North
America it is sweetened.
The most basic
cranberry sauce consists
of cranberries boiled in
sugar water until the
berries pop and the
mixture thickens.
6. PUMPKIN BREAD
Is a type of moist quick
bread made with
pumpkin . The pumpkin
can be cooked and
softened before being
used or simply baked
with the bread.
Additional ingredients
include nuts and raisins.
7. PUMPKIN PUNCH
Is a cocktail with pumpkin puree. Dressed up with
cinnamon, fresh ginger, and bourbon, this cocktail is
practically bursting with seasonal flavors.
