Introduction to Design thinking 2015 by Vedran Antoljak
Final assignment mm
1. 1. Open your mind for different ways of solving problems
2. Analyze the problem through the eyes of the users
3. Start the process in an analogic way and then move to digital platform, so
you won`t kill or restrict your ideas soon.
3 key takeaways/learnings
2. 1. Define a problem or opportunity
2. Determinate the stakeholder
3. Interview the stakeholder
4. Analyze interview to came up with a problem statement
5. Think of ideas on how to solve the problem
6. Choose the best ideas and prototype it
7. Test it and evaluate
8. Re-work the prototype after presenting it to stakeholder
9. Finalize the prototype
Map process
3. Start small
My work:
- Use more colorful pens to explore my creativity
and be able to make my workplace more fun
without creating problem with the company's
president.
- Always use paper and pens (analogic process) to
start to solve the problems and also to organize
my ideas, demands and to do`s list.
My home:
- Analyze my closet to find better solutions for the
small space I have.
- Understand my daily needs for my clothes to
reorganize my closet.
My Life:
- Now that I`m more confident to solve problems I
will try to understand what really makes me
happy and will work on it.
- I will also continuous the learning process with
books, videos and talking to other people.
Ideate and prototype ways to apply design thinking to your context:
Build on the first ideas
I work in a very “closed mind” company, where
people are too old, with a lot of boring ideas and not
creative at all.
Despite of it, they do a lot of consumers research to
understand the consumer and use the learning on
the products development.
I want to show the map process for them so we can
explore more what we learn on the researches and
be able to create new products and solutions.
