1.1. Purposes of the internship
Sao Nam Viet co., Ltd has had much experience in business sales solutions. Through
the process of formation and development, the company has overcome many difficulties, in a
business environment are always fluctuating with the stiff competition from the market, to
grow into a large powerful company. Along with the growth of the market share, then the
scale of the company also constantly expand and especially personnel in the Sales Department
So, the work of sales management in the company as possible must be more emphasis,
how just manage a large number of staff, mounted them into one, just to be fair to the interests
of employees, customers and the general goals of the company. How can limit, remove the
shortcomings still exist in the sales management at the company.
With the desire to build and contribute ideas to offer solutions that help companies improve
sales administration work, since that could consolidate and further develop the market in the
company, I have chosen the topic of "analysis sales operations at sao nam viet co,..ltd " make
the subject of his graduation report.

seasoned experience in production management. Have the opportunity to apply the knowledge
learned from books, in fact, as well as bring more practical experience in handling, tackling
the job. Over time on, I also noticed that, his knowledge was learned at school but many but
not enough when out reality. So, I know that I have to learn more.
Due to the knowledge, the experience also limited internship reports of children
