1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. Purposes of the internship
Sao Nam Viet co., Ltd has had much experience in business sales solutions. Through
the process of formation and development, the company has overcome many difficulties, in a
business environment are always fluctuating with the stiff competition from the market, to
grow into a large powerful company. Along with the growth of the market share, then the
scale of the company also constantly expand and especially personnel in the Sales Department
So, the work of sales management in the company as possible must be more emphasis,
how just manage a large number of staff, mounted them into one, just to be fair to the interests
of employees, customers and the general goals of the company. How can limit, remove the
shortcomings still exist in the sales management at the company.
With the desire to build and contribute ideas to offer solutions that help companies improve
sales administration work, since that could consolidate and further develop the market in the
company, I have chosen the topic of "analysis sales operations at sao nam viet co,..ltd " make
the subject of his graduation report.
1.2. Significance of the internship
-Situation analysis in trading South Stars to search out those strengths to exert and the
weaknesses to overcome limitations.
-Analysis of the factors affecting the work of sales management in trading South Stars to
search out these opportunities need to leverage and risk need to dodge.
-SWOT analysis to form the complete solution sales work at Sao Nam Viet company

raw materials and purchased some equipment for serving for production and transportation.
-The profit of the company is 4,846,399,917 million by 2015 compared to 2014 is increased
2,501,794,172% respectively 106.70. Due to the situation in 2015 business development, the
company's products increase, costs have increased thing but not too high compared to the
turnover of the company.
4.3. Some recommendations for sales operations at the company
Improve sales planning work
Sales plan is a sketch of the target, the results need to be achieved, it is proposed that the work
done for each Department, each salesperson. A sketch of the plan real, viable sales would be
the first condition of effective decision sales work.

For the sales activity location selling plays a very important role, directly impact business
performance. Sale location is where the display of goods and products, live meeting place
between salespeople and customers, the site of trade transactions and the exchange of goods.
Currently, the company's sales focus mainly closed shop in Ho Chi Minh City. HCM. But is it

THE CONCLUSION
The internship is not a long time but I have a better overview of the activities in the
company. The company has a very good working environment, always create conditions to
help the workers by the welfare programs. The process of exercises to help you get more
experience as interns here such as communication skills, the opportunity of exposure to many
seasoned experience in production management. Have the opportunity to apply the knowledge
learned from books, in fact, as well as bring more practical experience in handling, tackling
the job. Over time on, I also noticed that, his knowledge was learned at school but many but
not enough when out reality. So, I know that I have to learn more.
Due to the knowledge, the experience also limited internship reports of children
inevitably make mistakes. So, I look forward to receiving your contributions the teachers to
post my report be more complete.
