How Disney Films target children.
Disney films varies for different age groups but usually they are targeted at young children
this is done becausechildren usually tend to get attracted with the colours and all different
types of characters used throughout the film. Here are a few example of characters from
Disney films that will easily be reminisced for example nemoand also Shark tale this is
because the colour of the characters are bright colours this is effective because children love
colours and it is a key aspects that they get taught when they are young. Also they areboth
hilarious character and this makes the children laugh.
The story of Disney films usually ends up like this there’s a villain and then the hero has a
war with him and then at the end it always has a happy ending this is because children don’t
like to see films that don’t have a happy ending and it will make it abit emotional for the
audience also most Disney films have a fairy-tale ending.
The characters used in Disney films are made out to be
colour full characters and also made took look energetic
for example Nemo from the film ‘finding Nemo’ is been
presented in a fun manner for example when he is happy
he turns playful. Also for Disney films you have hero and a
villain for example in finding Nemo, the fish Nemo is the
hero and then the villain are the sharks.
The settings are different when it comes to Disney films also Disney films often have this
fantasy worlds for example ‘finding Nemo’ is located in an ocean throughout the whole film
this is because the characters are underwater animals for example fishes and sharks also it is
because they are in there habitat .
To be honest Disney films don’t really have violent scenes in them because it is aimed at
children so it wouldn’t be acceptable but if you do see violence scenes it would be amusing
moment. Also you won’t expect to see slaughter or bloodshed because it’s a kid’s film.
The language used in a Disney film is understandable English voice not to formal because
then the children can understand it also you don’t hear any swear word because of the
target audience. And also if they wanted to use a swear word they would use it in a formal
way.
