I was the former general manager of a vehicle manufacturer
and dealership company.

We hired 911ADV to support our marketing department. They
helped us with our brand design and printed production, among

3. The Approach
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our company had certain guidelines and brand books to be
followed, and we sent those over to 911ADV. We showed them
what we wanted, and they followed the guidelines. At the same
time, they proposed fresh designs and creative ideas. Their team
handled everything from ads, prints, and t-shirts to pens,
calendars, books, and whatever else we asked.
What is the team composition?
Whenever we contacted them, 3–4 people were involved. A
manager was also assigned to us.
How did you come to work with 911ADV?
I knew them from a program. When the project came up, we had
some issues with our previous suppliers. We decided to contact
911ADV, and they proved responsive — they got back to us on the
same day. That was the start of our collaboration.
How much have you invested with them?
When we first started the partnership, we paid per project; the
cost ranged from $10,000–$50,000. After working with them for
a while, we started building a yearly budget of about $300,000
per year at the minimum.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement lasted from July 2008–January 2011.

4. The Outcome
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the
impact of the engagement?
911ADV’s pricing was competitive, and that was important to us.
On top of that, they offered great quality. We were able to cover
all of our requirements and cut other supplies, resulting in cost
reduction.
How did 911ADV perform from a project
management standpoint?
They were always within our budget, and their work fit the
company’s needs in terms of financial planning. Moreover, they
delivered everything on time. They even delivered at night
whenever we had urgent matters or events. To communicate, we
mainly used emails and phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I liked their creativity and responsiveness. We wouldn’t be able to
find other companies in Ukraine that could deliver such creative
work on a budget and in such a short period of time.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could expand into other countries.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give 911ADV a chance to show their creativity and work. Then,
you will see results.
