2. My Goal Specific: Work out at least three times a week. Measureable: Keep track out my work outs on a chart near my bench. Attainable: I feel this is attainable because I used to work out five times a week but I want to start slow getting back in my routine. Realistic: This is definitely realistic because I used to work out a lot and this is almost less than half of my old routine. Timely: I would like to keep it three times a week depending on my work schedule and I would like to keep it Mon., Wed., and Fri..
3. My Goal The reason why I choose this goal is because I would like to get back in to my old routine of working out. I liked feeling healthy and all of the energy I had. I am going to keep track of my goal but marking it on my chart near my work out bench.
5. The Process It wasn’t too hard to start my new routine but it definitely got harder after week three. I started my own business this summer so it’s extremely hard for my to juggle my time. There were a lot of thing I had to put on the back burner but I managed to at least keep up with the three days a week just not the days that I had intended.
6. Results I did it! It was a lot of hard work but I feel like I’m on the right track. I have so much more energy which is really helping my out with my new business. I’m eating better and looking better!
