Donna Unitt is the head of delivery for Rocket Consulting and chair of the APM Enabling Change Special Interest Group (SIG). The SIG's mission is to improve the change capability of organizations, teams, and individuals. It focuses on various themes through practitioner groups, events, membership and communications, methods and standards, and collaboration both internally with other SIGs and branches and externally with organizations like CMI and ABC. The SIG has over 700 members from industries like transport, public services, utilities, and more. Donna provided information on resources from the SIG like events, blogs, newsletters, and contact information to get involved. She introduced the SIG's guide on managing change which is intended to help project managers directly managing change
