Headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, a leading provider of wireless voice and data telecommunications in the United
States and a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom.
Manager, Distribution, Aurora, Colorado (2008-2010)
Saved $1.2 million annually in transportation costs by evaluating shipping container assortment, adjusting fill rates
and combining material groups through software optimization.
Increased distribution center footprint to 150,000 square feet and 6,500 pallet storage positions via three building
facility expansions and seven order-picking location re-sequencing activities. This resulted in less travel time,
increased throughput and reduced labor per unit picked.
Reduced enterprise inventory carrying value $44 million. Partnered with various entities in supply chain operations
to identify slower moving and obsolete inventory, formulating plans to sell through or liquidate.
