Senior softward developer designing and supporting custom applications supporting the investment
valuations process for Stanford Management Company, the division of Stanford University that
manages the Stanford Endowment, $23B in investments.
Designed and implemented the replacement interface for moving one of the major data sources
from a local server to a remote, cloud vendor based product.
Led a major project to migrate production servers between domains.
Implemented two version updated of our main support tool, WebFocus.
Provided support and enhancements to 125 WebFocus programs.

Team Lead for a team that maintained and enhanced 250 software programs supporting 11 discrete
business units in the Schwab Operations Group.
· Provided analysis and technical expertise in a major security effort investigating risk for the
Operations Enterprise. Designed and implemented a usage monitoring system that ultimately
reduced the overall and unauthorized usage of numerous files.
· Provided data analysis and support to eleven groups in Schwab Operations.
· Assured the continued optimal performance of key business critical applications, by supervising
two IT infrastructure upgrades of the Focus Product.
· Increased operational efficiencies by over 25% through a review and elimination of jobs that
were obsolete, freeing support staff time.

· Achieved a 95% reduction in employee effort in a reconciliation process on high volume days by
designing and implementing a new reconciliation system dealing with breaks between Schwab
and the markets.
· Mitigated risk for $1,000,000 per hour by producing and streamlining critical time sensitive
reports for data resolution.
· Provided for increased flexibility for where Schwab could place market trades, and thus reduce
cost, by designing and implementing a data exchange and reporting process with three
exchanges.

Maintained and supported the company’s freight tracking system. Developed applications’ interfaces to
enable optimal data exchange between systems.

This enables the company to be able to track and utilize excess shipping capacity, resulting in
an additional source of revenue.
· Provided the sole maintenance and support for the Container Tracking System, the basic
