Building Banners :
Long Building Banners will be used for better visibility. This medium is
cheaper, movable and replicable if required. Banners will be hung in front &
inside the campus building 2 days before the campaign.
X Banners :
X banners will be placed into the grounds of university campuses.
Leaflet :
Leaflets be distributed outside the campus gate a week before the campaign.

The event pages will update reviews of the campaign and

Advance Team
An advance team will be formed consisting of 2 members
Both members will be male
They will give the proposal of the campaign 1 week prior to the event
They will also do Pre Hype activity in the enlisted university campuses as
well as in the Social media

Activation Day
4 BPs will be recruited for the whole event 2 male & 2 female
The female BPs will stand in the sales & display booth
The male BPs will be in the games zone
They will write down the name, id & cell phone number of the participating students
They will tell the students about the rules of the game
Every student participating in the game will be given a leaflet containing discount
coupon, mobile pics and prices
Leaflet Design :
The leaflet will be multi fold. The first
few
pages will contain mobile phones pics
and their prices and last page will
contain the discount coupon.
The number of pages will vary along
with the number of mobile phones to be
displayed.

Discount Sale :
The sales booth will also offer discount sale.
The discount sale will only be available for
selected smartphone models. The smartphone
models and discount amount will be set by
Maximus authority.

There will be one small sales booth in the ground
Or any convenient place inside the university
Campuses.
The booth will have two sections one for sales &
display and another for the games zone.
Games Corner :
In one side of the booth a dart board will
be placed and participants will play it
from
a certain line . They must score a
minimum point set by the authorities to
be winners.
Winners will get exciting prizes.

Presented By : Absolute Limited Activation Plan : Activation Day 4 BPs will be recruited for the whole event 2 male & 2 female The female BPs will stand in the sales & display booth The male BPs will be in the games zone They will write down the name, id & cell phone number of the participating students They will tell the students about the rules of the game Every student participating in the game will be given a leaflet containing discount coupon, mobile pics and prices
  • 14. Leaflet Design : The leaflet will be multi fold. The first few pages will contain mobile phones pics and their prices and last page will contain the discount coupon. The number of pages will vary along with the number of mobile phones to be displayed. Presented By : Absolute Limited
