RESEARCH Findings in the fields of Physics Medicine and Psychology have found that meditation induces an altered state of consciousness. Mind is very alert, sensitive and more creative Brain and nervous system can function like an automatic goal seeking mechanism. The Sub or Supraconscious mind cannot distinguish between real and created experience. Left Brain: Logical thinking ; Right brain: Integrative and Intuitive thinking Negative emotions hamper the self healing process and Positive emotions help people self heal

CYBERNETICS Just as a computer, Programmes in the brain process information from every situation and environment to form individual perceptions, attitudes, beliefs etc. Maltz principles of psycho-cybernetics is employed to get feedback continually to attain goals. BMP uses the goal seeking behavior of the human brain by logically and intuitively directing the whole brain to the goal.

Rhythmic Balance : Connection between breathing and state of mind. Disturbed: more than the normal Concentrating : Holding your breath Slow and rhythmic breathing induces relaxation- START IT FROM ABDOMEN and gradually observe the incoming and outgoing breath – Presidential salute to all your thoughts Sit comfortably.

PACIFIC HARMONY Pacification, which is deep relaxation is basic for BMP. A few minutes of deep relaxation every day is a must for BMP When the conscious mind is peaceful, we can reach our subconscious mind easily. Keep all your worries , tensions, stresses etc on hold. Sit quietly in a time-tested pose without moving any part of the body.
  12. 12. IMPLANTATION This is a process of consciously planting a desire verbally into the mind and embedding it into the subconscious mind so that it may grow to fruition. This is called affirmation To be effective, the affirmation should be acceptable to us and should be made with the belief that it will get realised. This needs to strengthened by imagination through visualisation. The will should not enter now Keep your mind receptive and the process should be effortless and easy
