   BMP is a 7 step process

RESEARCH
   Findings in the fields of Physics Medicine and Psychology
    have found that meditation induces an altered state of
    consciousness.

   Mind is very alert, sensitive and more creative

   Brain and nervous system can function like an automatic goal
    seeking mechanism.

   The Sub or Supraconscious mind cannot distinguish between
    real and created experience.

   Left Brain: Logical thinking ; Right brain: Integrative and
    Intuitive thinking

   Negative emotions hamper the self healing process and Positive
    emotions help people self heal
CYBERNETICS

   Just as a computer, Programmes in the brain process
    information from every situation and environment to form
    individual perceptions, attitudes, beliefs etc.


   Maltz principles of psycho-cybernetics is employed to get
    feedback continually to attain goals.


   BMP uses the goal seeking behavior of the human brain by
    logically and intuitively directing the whole brain to the goal.
MYSTICISM

   Patanjali’s yoga is a scientific method for transforming
    individuals and taking them to transcendental goals.


   It emphasizes
                    A. Cleansing the mind
                    B. Controlled breathing &
                    C. Quietening the conscious mind
                    D. Visualization

This plays a dominant role in the transformation process
BMP TECHNIQUE
   The BMP cycle is a meditative technique to be practised daily

    Each BMP cycle has 5 steps :

   Alignment   : Orienting the mind to the programming task
   Entry        : Diving into deeper levels of consciousness
   Programming : Embedding of the goal into depths of mind
   Surrendering : Let go : Lord Krishna : BHAGAVAD GITA
   Exit          : Calm and gentle exit

BMP VEHICLES - Rhythmic Balance
   The BMP cycle runs on vehicles that establish balance and
    harmony of the body-mind complex.

     Rhythmic Balance : Connection between breathing and
     state of mind.
    Disturbed: more than the normal
    Concentrating : Holding your breath
    Slow and rhythmic breathing induces relaxation-
    START IT FROM ABDOMEN and gradually observe the
    incoming and outgoing breath – Presidential salute to all your
    thoughts

    Sit comfortably.
PACIFIC HARMONY


   Pacification, which is deep relaxation is basic for BMP.

   A few minutes of deep relaxation every day is a must for BMP

   When the conscious mind is peaceful, we can reach our
    subconscious mind easily.

   Keep all your worries , tensions, stresses etc on hold.

   Sit quietly in a time-tested pose without moving any part of
    the body.
IMPLANTATION
   This is a process of consciously planting a desire verbally into
    the mind and embedding it into the subconscious mind so
    that it may grow to fruition. This is called affirmation

   To be effective, the affirmation should be acceptable to us
    and should be made with the belief that it will get realised.

   This needs to strengthened by imagination through
    visualisation.

   The will should not enter now

   Keep your mind receptive and the process should be effortless
    and easy
SYNTHETIC NURTURING
   Our nervous system cannot distinguish between real
    experience and synthetic [imagined] experience.

   This aspect is used for nurturing the goal embedded in the
    implantation process.

   Augments the implantation

   Speeds up the development and growth from the seed [goal].

   Visualisation is seeing through our mental eyes or the
    deliberate creation of mental images, which are translations of
    affirmations

   In visualisation,avoid the effort of will
SYNTHETIC NURTURING
   We have to make clear visual plans.

   We have to picture ourselves in our mind’s eye as though we
    have already achieved the goal.

   Visualise the way you will talk, feel, behave and fel on
    achieving the goal.

   Feel being successful very strongly.

RESEARCH  Findings in the fields of Physics Medicine and Psychology have found that meditation induces an altered state of consciousness.  Mind is very alert, sensitive and more creative  Brain and nervous system can function like an automatic goal seeking mechanism.  The Sub or Supraconscious mind cannot distinguish between real and created experience.  Left Brain: Logical thinking ; Right brain: Integrative and Intuitive thinking  Negative emotions hamper the self healing process and Positive emotions help people self heal

CYBERNETICS  Just as a computer, Programmes in the brain process information from every situation and environment to form individual perceptions, attitudes, beliefs etc.  Maltz principles of psycho-cybernetics is employed to get feedback continually to attain goals.  BMP uses the goal seeking behavior of the human brain by logically and intuitively directing the whole brain to the goal.
  • 8. MYSTICISM  Patanjali’s yoga is a scientific method for transforming individuals and taking them to transcendental goals.  It emphasizes A. Cleansing the mind B. Controlled breathing & C. Quietening the conscious mind D. Visualization This plays a dominant role in the transformation process

BMP TECHNIQUE  The BMP cycle is a meditative technique to be practised daily Each BMP cycle has 5 steps :  Alignment : Orienting the mind to the programming task  Entry : Diving into deeper levels of consciousness  Programming : Embedding of the goal into depths of mind  Surrendering : Let go : Lord Krishna : BHAGAVAD GITA  Exit : Calm and gentle exit  “I am more afraid of my own heart than of the pope and all his cardinals.   • 10. BMP VEHICLES - Rhythmic Balance  The BMP cycle runs on vehicles that establish balance and harmony of the body-mind complex. Rhythmic Balance : Connection between breathing and state of mind.  Disturbed: more than the normal  Concentrating : Holding your breath  Slow and rhythmic breathing induces relaxation-  START IT FROM ABDOMEN and gradually observe the incoming and outgoing breath – Presidential salute to all your thoughts Sit comfortably.

PACIFIC HARMONY  Pacification, which is deep relaxation is basic for BMP.  A few minutes of deep relaxation every day is a must for BMP  When the conscious mind is peaceful, we can reach our subconscious mind easily.  Keep all your worries , tensions, stresses etc on hold.  Sit quietly in a time-tested pose without moving any part of the body.
  • 12. IMPLANTATION  This is a process of consciously planting a desire verbally into the mind and embedding it into the subconscious mind so that it may grow to fruition. This is called affirmation  To be effective, the affirmation should be acceptable to us and should be made with the belief that it will get realised.  This needs to strengthened by imagination through visualisation.  The will should not enter now  Keep your mind receptive and the process should be effortless and easy

SYNTHETIC NURTURING  Our nervous system cannot distinguish between real experience and synthetic [imagined] experience.  This aspect is used for nurturing the goal embedded in the implantation process.  Augments the implantation  Speeds up the development and growth from the seed [goal].  Visualisation is seeing through our mental eyes or the deliberate creation of mental images, which are translations of affirmations  In visualisation,avoid the effort of will
