Research and written thesis on:
“ Usability study of Secure pairing of devices based on OOB channel” January 2008 – August 2009
Used OOB (Out-Of-Band) channel, a wireless human perceivable channel, to pair any two devices. It is the first study which
resulted in finding the best secure device pairing method under various device constraints. It was also presented in Per-Comm
conference in Texas.
Research project on:
“ Fingerprint Enhancement in Biometric Application” January 2007 - May 2007
Utilized STFT technique to build an application using MATLAB that resulted in faster and more efficient mechanism than
the standard Gabor Filter technique. It helps enhance fingerprints by increasing the visibility of ridges and furrows.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Junior Network Administrator at Marwadi Group,India, was part of the Systems department handling installation and
troubleshooting of Unix/Linux applications and handling Cisco Layer 2&3 devices.
Performed file system management and configuration and escalating sever application issues and also was part of the team
which monitors and tests system performance. Responsible for installing and troubleshooting Microsoft Office and client-
server applications and experience in virtualization techniques such as VMware server.
Administered users and computers with Active Directory and experience with Microsoft SQL Server and firewall
