PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Working as an Applications Engineer in Cypress Semiconductor and has an exposure on USB 3.0/USB 2.0 protocols.
Working on USB microcontroller which has hardware interfaces like UART, SPI, I2C and General purpose
IOs(parallel interface). Firmware development in Eclipse tool which based on RTOS Threadx. Have clear knowledge
on End-to-end USB Host to Device communication. Have good experience on schematic development and layout
review.
Project: Developed a USB composite device firmware for one of our client ISL Korea Co.., Ltd. This firmware will
make the device to work as Mass-storage, Universal Video Class and HID device. This is based on multithreading
where three threads run concurrently to serve all the request from the host. This works on both USB2.0 as well as
USB3.0 protocols. Helped in schematics development. The product is out in market which is sold by BIGNOTE.

PROJECTS
Project on “Design of Waveguide Slot Array Antenna Using Folded Waveguide” July 2013-May 2014
Analysis of folded waveguide for different slot widths using computational method-Method of Moments.
Applications: Frequency scanning antenna, Radiometer receiver for imaging etc..,
Project on “Study of characteristic modes of a planar antenna in mobile applications” May -June, 2013
Analyzed different characteristic modes of an antenna including the feed and plotted the current distribution of
different modes using computational method-Method of Moments.
Inductive and capacitive natures at different modes are observed and studied the excitation for circularly
polarized antenna.
Project on “Design of Dual Band Branchline Coupler for mobile applications” Dec 2012-April 2013
Analyzed and designed a dual band branch line coupler using MATLAB and ADS softwares.
2. Project on “RLC Interconnect Model for On-chip Signals in VLSI Chip Design” Dec 2011-April 2012
Implemented an interconnect model and studied its characteristics and behavior at high frequencies with the
help of MATLAB and SPICE softwares.
