5. WHERE DID I GRADUATE FROM?
• I graduated from
Ropes High School
with 34 other students.
• I was Salutatorian in
my class.
• I also graduated with
honors in Agriculture,
Spanish, English, and
Math
6. WHAT DID I DO?
• In high school I played on
the varsity basketball team
all four years.
• As a freshman we advanced
to the Area finals as a team.
• I averaged 20 points a game.
• My junior year I was named
All-District Player
7. WHAT DID I DO?
• I was also highly involved
with my schools FFA
program.
• I won 4th place with my
cross barrow at the San
Antonio Livestock Show.
• I also received my
Lonestar Degree, which is
the highest honor you can
achieve in the Texas FFA.
9. WHERE DO I GO?
Since the fall of 2010 I My major is I plan to graduate in August
have attended Texas Community, Family, of 2013 and will continue my
Tech University. and Addiction education with a Master’s in
Services, or CFAS. Marriage and Family Therapy.
10. WHAT DO I DO?
• I am a member of the
Southcrest University
Ministry.
• This past year I was
elected to our leadership
team and now lead a small
group on Sundays.
• I also meet with the other
leaders on Mondays to
brainstorm and
collaborate on new ideas
to reach students in the
area.
11. WHAT DO I DO?
• Last spring break I took a
mission trip to Anchorage,
Alaska.
• I worked in Girls and Boys
Clubs in the area and the
Alaskan Food Bank.
• This trip opened my eyes
to the various problems,
and encouraged me to
recognize what I
personally can do to help.
12. WHAT DO I DO?
• In the summer of 2011 I
took a trip to Boise,
Idaho.
• While there I helped
put on a sports camp for
children in the area.
• I also ministered to and
evangelized on the
Boise St. Campus.
14. WHAT HAVE I DONE?
• In the fall of 2009 I had
the opportunity to work as
an campaign intern for
Governor Rick Perry.
• I have also worked as a
nanny since May of 2010.
• Currently I am a full time
student, but do work
occasional part time jobs.
