• Presently installing a VOIP telephone system in all of Bank of America’s San Francisco
branches.
• Site surveys and Installation of computers and Cisco VOIP telephone systems and
proprietary software (Ghosting) for banks such as World Savings/Wachovia and BofA.
I test the intra net, RJ45 Voice Over IP and internet connections to insure that all systems can
communicate with each other through the Cisco routers and switches and to the home office in
Charlotte, North Carolina,
Responsible for field service technical support of 16 Wachovia banks in the Bay Area. Here it is
required of me to install new computers and associated peripheral equipment and repair same.

Internet Systems Engineer (NOC)
I worked in the Network Operating Center (NOC) where I took over trouble tickets created by the
Response Center that received the original call from Exodus’s customers.
I had to isolate the problem to determine if it was a T1, DS1, TELCO or Exodus issue. I escalated
issues to proper departments as required.
The network monitoring tools I used were: HP Open view (HPOV), Cisco Net Ranger and
SolarisSNMP . The trouble shooting tools I used were: Traceroute, Ping Mat’s Traceraoute
(MTR), Whois.and http://www.whois.net.
I organized trouble ticket response and scheduling and assisted in bringing order and discipline to
the NOC.
I learned and acquired great communication and customer service skills prior to and while at
Exodus Communications.

I worked in the Call Canter and the NOC for ISP Channel that provided cable modem service for
residential customers.
My main duty was to help customers connect to the internet. It was also required of me to help
them configure their Email accounts, Web Pages and News Accounts.

order to create detailed reports to my supervisor and manager.
