PABP has successfully establish the
industrial clusters of over 100 agri-
enterprises, and will expand the base area
to near 400 hectares which is capable of
housing 180 park tenants with 6,000 job
opportunities and an annual output value
of USD 600 million
In addition to base expansion, PABP is
taking over Taiwan Orchid Plantation and
managing development plans of Taoyuan
Agricultural Logistics Center & Central
Taiwan Agricultural High-Technology Park
to build up an industrialization platform for
collaboration of public-private sectors

PABP will keep integrating the resources from public and
private sectors. Following the government’s governance
blueprint, PABP will carry out the policies including
applying the biomedical technology to agricultural
industry, developing circular agriculture and smart
agriculture, increasing the agricultural added value, and
setting up international marketing channels etc.
This will lead the transformation and upgrading of
Taiwan agriculture by public and private cooperation
PABP is more than happy to share experience in public-
private partnership with other countries, and looks
forward to cooperating with each other and creating
the prosperity of agriculture in the region
