Technical Experience:
Process Plant:
Presently working in “ENAR Petroleum Refining Facility” As a Shift Engineer since 2006 and responsible for :
Responsible for all duties and tasks carried out in shift.
Refinery oil production and Gas consumption monitoring. Generation of Refinery production schemes / up -
liftment plans.
Time and motion study of product up-lift-ment and coordinate with commercial department for supply and
dispatch logistics.
Aviation fuel additives dosing monitoring ( Hitech-580 and Stadius-450) for Jp-8.
Material Balances via operational data.
Meet shift production targets.
Furnace effective firing and flue gas monitoring.
Monitoring products specifications with relation to process parameters to avoid off specification.
Hydraulic study of the refinery circuits.
Supervise in proper start-up and shut down activities for planned and unplanned shut downs
Utilities Plant:
Cooling water , Raw water , Fresh water and Fire fighting network.
Chemical treatment of cooling tower , boilers , de-aerator and softener.
Plant air and instrument air systems.
DCS Experience:
Work on Fisher Rosemount DCS system DELTA V(Distributed Control System) version 11.3
Miscellaneous:
Lube Refinery and vis -breaking unit (R & D work) at pilot Plant.
Naphtha hydro-cracking unit ( Final year project).
Involve in training process / tankage /DCS operators and engineers.
Setting process conditions of the plant for production of different refinery products including JP-8.

Developed training plans for new comers trainee/internees engineers and operators.
Design a softener of large capacity to fulfill the utility needs of the facility.
Perform efficiency calculations of equipments like pumps, boilers and cooling towers.
Perform Heat duty calculations of different equipments like heat exchangers and furnaces of the refinery.
