 Laptop
 Flat Screen Televisions
 Digital Camera
 Tablets
 Hologram
 Computer Files can be saved in Flash Drives
 Person to Person Interaction
 Using Pen pal
 Meet new friends through social events (Fiesta,
Disco, etc.)
 Courtship done through “Harana” / by visiting the
girl in their house.
 Uses telephone or handwritten letters to
communicate
 Uses Telegram
 Social Interactions done through internet
 Meet new friends through networking sites (Facebook,
Twitter, Multiply)
 Communicates through Cell Phone, Email in the internet,
Texting, Skype, Yahoo Messenger, etc.
 Courtship done through text/networking sites
 Youth before are very respectful
 Reading books as their past time
 They value the time
 Spends their leisure time doing homework and
household chores
 They Pray first before eating
 Conservative
 Strong Family Bond
 Most of the time were spent in front of computer

 Addicted to computer games
 Spends the time on worthless things
 Picture taking first before eating
 Liberated
 Less time spent with the family
There are lots of differences indeed.
We can’t deny the fact that technology nowadays are more convenient
than before, but we can also admit that as the technology changes, so
are the behavior, social relationships, and values of the users. We can
say that people are affected MUCH.
These things have advantages but also disadvantages.
As the technology make things easier, the people are also becoming
lazier which is one of the negative effects of such things.
It’s not bad to use such devices, but people must be balanced and
disciplined in using these technologies. So that the moral values and
social relationship would be preserved.
