1. Blogger was what I used to create my
blog. I felt that this was the best way
of creating a sufficient webpage to
place all of my posts. It allowed me to
add images, videos and large amounts
of texts without any technical
difficulties.
2. I used Slideshare to create PowerPoint
presentations to be uploaded to my blog. I
feel that this particular programme was
efficient and allowed me to upload the
embedded code without any problems. It is
simple and easy to use and creates good
results.
3. I used Microsoft Excel when creating my graphs
for my questionnaire. I feel that this was very
reliable as it allowed me to create the graphs
without any issues. Because its simple to use, it
didn’t take a long time to understand and resulted
in a professional looking graph.
4. Photoshop was the main programme that
I used when creating my music magazine.
I feel that it was the best way to create
my media product as once I understood
the elements and features of it, it quickly
enabled me to make my magazine look
quirky and professional. This was all down
to the vast amount of tools that can be
used in different ways in order for my
music magazine to stand out and look
professional.
5. ‘dafont.com’ was a website that I
used various amounts of times in
order to make my font differ from
the rest of the text on my
magazine. It was simple to use and I
learned many different elements by
using this website such as how to
download the font and then chose
it in the programmes such as
Photoshop Microsoft Publisher. It
also allows you to chose what kind
of style you want, whether it is pop,
indie or comic sans etc.
6. Firefox was used when I was
uploading various aspects up to
my blog, such as the images and
the videos. I had to switch to
Firefox from Google as Google
suffered technical difficulties and
didn’t allow me to add these
features. I feel that this was
reliable and somewhat learning
efficient as I was able to
experiment with this programme
in order to use my blog efficiently.
7. I used YouTube when I was uploading
videos to my blog. I had to use this
programme as it was the only way that my
blog would look professional when I
wanted to upload a video. I feel that
YouTube is reliable and efficient as it is
simple to use. All I had to do was make an
account, upload my video and then use the
embedded link to upload onto my blog.
