 Advertising is important for every aspect of a business. It
plays an imperative role for both manufacturers and
consumers.
 Advertising is important for the business on the whole as it
lets the business gain more customers, thereby increasing
business turnaround.
 Each advertising media has its own pros and cons and one
must evaluate all of them before selecting a particular
media.
Advertising can be
achieved using various
media like television,
newspapers, radio,
banners, pamphlets,
websites etc.
The main thing that
needs to be considered
is that the advertising
medium selected must
be able to reach a large
number of customers
• When it comes to advertising, there are two
basic options to choose from:
Print and online
• Print and digital advertising are better suited
to reaching different demographic groups
than other forms of advertising
Based on this, you can decide where you want to advertise. If you decide to use a flyer
or direct mail, you can rely on demographic information based on a specific location or
mailing list.
PRINT ADVERTISING
 With print ads, you're
relying on a press kit. The
press kit for a magazine,
newspaper, directory, or
other print medium will tell
you how many readers read
a specific publication, their
median income, their age
range, and their location.
SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING
 On social media platforms,
you can choose your
targeting based on age,
location, gender, and
interests. You can also
create several ads with
different content, and select
different audiences for
each.
