humans it passes in bulk and caries other
food products and they also clean

foods from the walls of the intestine.

• CANCER- It is to be blamed for many kinds of
cancer(stomach, anus, rectum and colon), as
people suffering from this deficiency develop swollen
veins near colon, rectum and anus due to force
pushing during bowel movement
• Diabetes
• High cholesterol
• Hemorrhoids- Bleeding through anus and rectum,
causing cancer in long term.
