2. DEFINITION
Oral communication is one of the two traditional forms of
expression that the human being has and distinguishes
itself from written communication in several fundamental
elements, such as the presence of the interlocutors
involved or the duration of the communicative act over
time.
Its development is in the one-to-one interaction; or in
exposure to specific audiences, such as speeches, sermons
and others. Nowadays people maintain such contact either
in person or through other means of communication.
3. CHARACTERISTICS OF ORAL
COMMUNICATION
Issuer: He is the one who delivers the speech
Receiver: It is the one to whom the speech is directed.
Message: It is the information that is transmitted which is
usually greater or different from what is intended to be
transmitted
Channel: It is the support on which the message is mounted:
the spoken word, the air that vibrates to transmit the
sounds.
Code: It is the language, the group of signs shared by the
sender and the receiver.
Situation: It is the context in which communication occurs
and that influences the meaning of the message.
4. CHARACTERISTICS OF ORAL
COMMUNICATION
In oral language there are two or more people who
interact in a specific place and time, therefore there is
a response to the messages delivered until one of the
two decides to end the conversation. Unlike written
communication where there is no response from the
language issuer the receiver reads something that
someone has issued
5. VICIOS IN THE COMMUNICATION
In oral communication we tend to have muffins and
speak with the words in diminutives and in some
occasions we have a bad pronunciation to this we call
vices because we do things that we should not commit
and in the same way we do
6. BREATHE WHILE WE TALK
To have an adequate tone at the moment of speaking we
must breathe correctly since people tend to get tired
while they do This helps us to have a pause and proper
conversation
taking a
breath is
always good
7. THE INTONATION AT THE TIME OF
TALKING
This depends on what sense we give to our conversation
according to the tone of voice we have when expressing
our words
It can affect our fumes if we are sick or simply with the
desire that we have to interact with the person who is
resisting the information
8. THE DICTION
The diction with which we express ourselves and handle
a topic depends on our success and how people
observe us because thanks to improving a topic we can
find it interesting or offline
