study? The purpose of this qualitative study was to describe how occupational therapists' involved client–centred activities in
daily living (CADL) in their practice. This was done by reviewing the therapist's experiences and reflections about their
interaction with clients that suffered from a stroke. The study involved coding of three categories. These categories included: 1)
Sharing an understanding as the point of departure, 2) Sharing through experiences, and 3) Challenges in applying the CADL.
How were the participants recruited? This study was involved in the LAS–II (a multicenter cluster randomized controlled trial).

Chosen for the study in LAS–II were those treated for an acute stroke in a stroke unit less than three months or three months after

Star topology will be used to implement this structure of a network. In a star topology, every computer is connected to the central
switch that acts as the server. Any data set from the server contains a destination address and is sent only to a particular node.
The requirements of this network are a switch, connecting wires, sockets, and the nodes/computers.
Justification
A star topology is very simple to implement in an organization and requires fewer cables usage. Star topology is very first
compared to other topologies since a packet is set to a particular destination without passing through the other entire node.

Ethernet cables are generally used to connect devices on LANs including routers and switches. Theoritically, ethernet cables can
support 100 Mbs or 1000 Mbps maximum bandwidith. This maximum can not be achieved due to overhead hardware and
computer operating system. Ethernet cables usually support one or more industry standards including Category 5 (CAT 5) and
Category 6 (CAT 6).

IT Proposal The proposal attached herein this report proposes the cheapest and most cost–effective way to implement a Gigabit
internet setup for ABC Inc's offices. Since all of the offices and workstations in question are within 150 feet of the company's
wiring closet, it will not take a lot of infrastructure to get the job done. However, ABC should not "cheap out" and get the bare
minimum setup either. Proposed Equipment As for the cabling that would be required to get Gigabit internet, or 1000 megabits
per second, that would call for either Category 5+, 5e or 6. Any one of those three is technically capable of supporting Gigabit
speeds. All three have been out for some time now and it would be best to go ahead and spend the extra amount, although not too
much extra, on the category 6 cable. If this is done, it is extremely unlikely that any re–cabling would have to occur for the
foreseeable future (Lowe, 2002). The reason the author of this proposal would highly recommend category 6 is because gigabit

This weakness would be most prevalent when facilitating collaboration among teams. If team members have not previously
worked with me, they would not be open to sharing ideas. This could hurt the entire group, and give a slow start to the overall

Secondly, task focus is a weakness I display. I get so absorbed in completing tasks, and I tend to forget about the personal aspect.
I do not handle small talk well. Instead of building a relationship with people, I just handle the tasks efficiently and move to the
