Name of the course : Professional Development Training Course
Description : Helps prepare Techs for career growth
Purpose: Design to assist high-potential employees with their on going career development. Participants learn
how to grow their knowledge and leadership skills, while also gaining an understanding of business
objectives in areas such as key performance indicators, presentation skills and subservant leaderships.

After training concludes management will reassign job titles, job expectations and leadership duties to the Professionals Techs.
