A presentation was given with recommendations to improve Empower San Diego's website and online presence, including optimizing the website design, increasing social media engagement, implementing search engine optimization strategies, and utilizing press releases and viral marketing. Suggestions were provided to make the website more visually appealing and user-friendly in order to engage more community members.
