This includes Individual Retirement Account, Defined benefits and defined contribution plans
etc.
Health care benefits include General health care and hospitalization benefits, Disability and other
insurance related to specific performance of the job.
Income Protection plans include Disability Insurance, Severance Package, and supplemental
unemployment benefits.
Other benefits include paid leaves, legal insurance, Child care etc.
