Four years ago I began studying business studies. I have since discovered that business is a part of
everyday life and this has become a strong interest of mine. Initially, my enthusiasm for business
comes from observing my parents set up and manage their own business.
It fascinates me how businesses operate in frequently changing environments. Particularly, the way
employees are managed in order to maintain a flowing business structure whilst achieving business

I have gained useful expertise such as meeting targets and customer service. During the year I have
been employed there, I have completed various training events which increase my knowledge of
technology and business. Due to this job and assisting my family to run a business, I have a practical

volunteer work with the Live at Home scheme and completed one week of work experience at a
primary school. Subsequently, I received a very complimentary reference letter from the headmaster
