The Fairtrade movement is designed and implemented to make sure that rural coffee farmers are receiving excellent work standards and adopting a
larger percentage of profit rather than the west or developed states receiving the economic benefits. The Fairtrade movement is a positive movement
that has good intentions and is helping rural coffee farmers on a smaller scale globally. Although the movement does not help certain countries it is

The water was icy cold, cold enough to make you tremble to the bone. I don't think water surrounding an iceberg in the arctic could have been any
colder. Each time I was splashed, thoughts of hypothermia flashed through my head.
Our raft almost sank a few times because of the constant splashing of water into our raft. Each time we passed a stretch of rapids, and especially
when we made it to the top of each fall a sense of anticipation would come over me I didn't know what would happen next. There was always a
chance that our raft might hit a boulder and flip, or that someone might fall out. We were always passing these jagged rocks and giant boulders
that could have easily flipped our raft or got us stuck. Some of the rocks were sharp enough to give you a bad gash or even break a bone if you hit
them with enough force. Many rafts floating aside us were caught on big boulders, and they had a hard time getting there raft loose and back in the
water. There were only one or two very unfortunate groups of people that had the misfortune of accidentally flipping their rafts. Our guide kept
screaming out orders telling us which way to paddle or lean to keep us from flipping. Luckily, we never did.

The Forest Of The Rumpi Hills
The forests of the Rumpi Hills also contain what is commonly referred to as the Rumpi Hills Forest Reserve or previously known as the Rumpi
Hills Native Administration Forest Reserve created by Forestry Ordinance No 38 of 1937 and approved by Forestry Ordinance No 16756/79 of 2nd
July, 1941 (SWPA, 2016). The North Boundary is the road from Lipenja Mukete through Ikoi and Dikome Ngolo to Madie; the South Boundary goes
through Nalende, Monyange, Itoki and Ilor to Moko. Whereas the East Boundary, goes through Dikome Balue, Mofako, Itende to Bisoro; the West
Boundary goes through Dibonda and Ndian and Ituka to Lipenja which is also the starting point of the reserve (SWPA, 2016). These boundaries give
the Rumpi Hills Forest Reserve a characteristic inverted letter "C" shape and structure, see figure 7.
The reserve is composed of land belonging to the Ngolo, Bima and Balue tribes, the first two form part of the North West while the latter, forms part

stakeholders on the Don Sahong Dam have voiced opposition to the development of the dam. This is because the project will block the main channel
for fish migration and reducing the number of fish in the Lower Mekong Basin (LMB) that will threaten the environmental sustainability and fisheries
industry. Even though Laos has investigated negative impacts of the DSHP and proposed widening other channels to provide alternative routes, the
stakeholders concluded that there is insufficient scientific information available about the alternative routes and the lack of information on possible
trans–boundary impacts by the Project (MRC 2014). These challenges clearly display the "wicked problems" because the problems are complex,
persistent, decentralized, having multiple stakeholders, evading definitive formulation, and lack if obvious solutions (Howes & Wyrwoll 2012). This
