M.A. International Plastic Industry Private Limited manufactures plastic furniture and has been operating since 1978. It now produces around 40,000-45,000 chairs per month through automatic machinery. The company distributes products through two warehouses in Karachi and Multan, and deals with many wholesalers and retailers across Pakistan. Products move from the factory to warehouses, then to wholesaler dealers who sell to retailer sub-dealers and finally to consumers. The company aims to maximize sales through incentives and schemes provided to dealers and sub-dealers along the distribution channel.
4. Sonica Plastic industries started its business in 1978 by manufacturing spare
parts of Plastic washing machines on a small scale under the supervision of
Muhammad Munawar. But continuously and gradually this small unit started
manufacturing of Plastic Furniture on a large scale in 2009 with the name of
M.A International Plastic Industry Private Limited. M.A.International Plastic
Industry (Private) Limited has its own automatic machinery. this is all achieved
by sharing committed management and experienced employees.

14. Sonica plastic industry produces the products of its brand.
The company produces almost 40,000 to 45,000 chairs
monthly in the normal routine. But sometimes orders and
demand of the consumer, the production can increase or
decrease.
15. The company has two warehouses in two different cities, 1st
warehouse in Karachi &the 2nd in Multan, according to the
strategy of the company the raw material is very cheap in
Gujranwala as compare to Karachi &Multan. Therefore, the
company has established its warehouse instead of branches
in the cities. The marketing team has controlled the
warehouses
16. The are many dealers of the company in the whole country. The
dealers are work as wholesalers and the company assembles the
particular areas to different dealers. The company gives the
different targets of sale to the dealers according to the policies of
the company; numbers of rewards are given to the dealers who
have achieved their targets. The rewards can be XLI Corolla, visits
to the different countries and the Umra Packages etc.
Mostly dealers collect the products directly from the factory, but
in the other provinces dealers bought the products from the
warehouses.
17. There are also sub dealers who worked as retailer. These sub
dealers hire their own showroom and they bought the
products, sometimes directly from the company or
warehouses and sometimes they bought the products from
the dealers. According to the policies of the company
different schemes are given to the sub dealers for the purpose
to maximize the sale. This is the last channel from where the
ultimately consumer bought the products and the product is
finally consumed by the consumer.
18. Showroom is a place where public can access easily. Goods
are sale at factory rate and also retail price. The company
offices have also showroom in their head offices. Public
has option to directly purchase goods from them. The
customers can get warranty of goods for 1 year. In any case
of claim, the customers has option to return back their
furniture and gets new furniture by paying 55% of actual
price.
19. Different companies require the furniture in bulk
for their purpose, they can publish their
requirements on the newspapers. They have option
to contact directly to the company head office or
any dealer. The dealers fulfill the requirements of
tender after permission of company.
