6. Lines of Communication / Reports
The subject teacher and the homeroom teacher are the first
port of call.
Only get in touch with the Head of Department or the Principal
after having spoken to the teacher directly concerned
Speak to the MYP coordinator regarding programme enquiries
Channels to use for communication: E-Mail, student planner,
telephone conversations & personal appointments
Full reports are issued at the end of each semester
Parent Teacher Conferences take place once in each semester
7. Timetable, Dates & School Day
School day (Mo-Fr): registration takes place in the homeroom at 8.10
every morning. The registration period ends at 8.20. Arrivals after 8.20
are recorded as late. The school day ends at 3.30.
The Middle School timetable is a two week timetable, alternating
between so-called blue and white weeks. These are clearly marked in
the calendar.
Calendars and individual timetables will be handed out on the first day
of school (27 August)

Detailed information for the new school year, class lists and supplies
lists will be sent out during the summer break.
