Letter of application has three parts
1. The introductory application
2. The explanatory body
3. Request conclusion

Application paragraph must be short and
to the point
Inform the employer that you are applying

You may include a brief preview that

The explanatory body is the heart of
the letter.
Here in the light of your experience
and skills, you will tell the reader why
are you fit for the particular job.
This passage must be at least three
paragraphs long.
Base the content of the body on your
analysis of the employer’s needs and
on your ability to satisfy those needs.

Give a brief summary of your
accomplishments during your previous

You can also write a paragraph about

software. In addition, I have developed test specifications,
test cases and technical documents.

13. SELECT A FORMAT
To make professional impression follow these
guidelines.
1. Type the letter on 8.5 by 11-inch paper.
2. Use black ink.
3. Sign your name in black or blue ink.
4. Proofread your letter carefully. Grammar and
spelling mistakes are instant cause of rejection
5. Mail the letter, folded twice in a business envelope.
